Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a cute apartment, great decor, comfy bed. You are enclosed in a little village when you step out the door. The property manager John responded quickly to messages and was easy to talk to. And, it’s a great location, only a block or so from the boardwalk.

Peeling Leaded Paint and electrical hazards are not Charming

A nightmare rental. Peeling lead paint on the front door, missing outlet covers, cracked windows, malfunctioning AC, rotting floor boards, doors that don't latch, Cockroaches, windows that don't latch. The property is hazardous and totally unacceptable. The street the rental is on matches, filled with rotting garbage and broken glass. Of course the couch and pull out bed are horribly stained, and the smell of mildew and Marijuana permiates the property. My family and I had to vacate and get a hotel so that we could enjoy our only vacation this year.
