Spacious and centrally located

This apartment is spacious and centrally located. Wifi, washer/dryer, and security at the front entrance are nice features. The neighborhood seemed safe. The property manager, Chi, is responsive to communication and easy to deal with. The negatives about the place is that it is very dirty. All the dishes had to be washed before using, the rice cooker, carpets and furniture are dirty, and there is discoloration in the shower. The water pressure is very low making it difficult to take a shower. A/C units did not work to cool the apartment and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.
