San Marco Residences is located directly across the street from the beach. Located on the south end of the island. This two bedroom, two bath 6th floor condominium offers a balcony with amazing sunset views, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TV cable channels and free Wi-Fi. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and single bed. Both bedrooms feature a TV.

Only a few blocks north from the condo is the unique shopping and restaurants at Marco Walk Plaza. After dinner, play miniature golf at the Marco Golf and Garden, take in a movie at the Marco Movies.

The San Marco Residences amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, gas grill and picnic area. Common laundry in building.

Right across the street is a public sidewalk entry point located between The Royal Seafarer and the Madeira Condominiums at 350 South Collier Blvd. The walkway to the sand is just south and opposite San Marco Residents.

Marco Island is the perfect destination for a family vacation or romantic retreat. Rent a boat, wave runner, paddle board or kayak or take a sunset cruise and watch the dolphins and manatees play. This property was perfect for us! The location was great being right across the street from the beach access. The view from the balcony was wonderful- saw gorgeous sunsets each night. The rental was well furnished, from the furniture, to the linens, kitchen appliances and pots and pans. Beach supplies were great, as were the games provided. We would definitely stay here again!

In the past 10 years we have stayed at this unit about 6 times. They just installed 2 new sofas inside the unit which updated it from our last visit. The unit is big enough for 4 people and if our health allows, we will continue to visit Marco Island and stay at this unit.

Hurricane damage to the island

Could not get through to property group because of lines down, finally texted and got a response. Was told they were Advising owners to return payment since island was in disarray. Could have at least offered same week next year Since all were cleaning up and airport closed.

Great Location & specious apartment

We had a great time during our Thanksgiving getaway at a lovely apartment located just across the street from the beach. As a family with severe food allergies, having a kitchen was essential for us, and the apartment had everything we needed. However, some of the pots and pans were old and scraped up, and the kitchen was a bit small. This might not be an issue for those who prefer eating out during their stay. Although the apartment had everything we needed, it could use some new paint as it looked a bit run down. We were provided with beach chairs, but it would have been nice to have a beach cart and umbrella available as well. The couch and dining set looked recently updated.

Horrible stay that I don’t want to remember

I went with my family to try to spend some relaxing vacations and it was all horrible nightmare, not because of the apartment itself, nor because of the owner but because of the people who live there who are not kind and believe they own the entire condominium and at the same time it seems they don’t like the rented people because they watch you, harass you, yell at you and threaten you, knock on the door and defame things that are not real. I don’t recommend it to anyone and I will never return there

Condo was open concept, very comfortable for four adults. Beautiful beach across the street. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Awesome place to stay

It was a great experience. Place is very nice and had everything a person needs including kitchen, balcony, swimming pool, etc. Very close to the beach just across the street. Great location and price. It had 2 br and 2 baths and ample space for 5 to 6 people. Parking inside the premises for free.

dated but convenient

The property was pretty clean except for the master tub. You did not have to supply linens or towels but all soap, shampoo, dish liquid. No washer/dryer in unit. Biggest issue was that it was terribly outdated. Great location and beach access across the street made up for it.

Condo was right across the street from public beach access. Walking distance to many restaurants. Nice size condo. Great sunsets from the balcony. Bathrooms were generally clean but could use some updating with new shower curtains and towel bar or hooks in second bath. Master bath had hole in the door. Both baths could use some fresh paint. Unit was well stocked in kitchen and with beach gear however all the closets/cupboards need to be cleaned out and organized. Overall our stay was great. Would go back.

Fit the bill

Location couldn’t be better for easy beach access across the street and is central to everything you’d need on the island. The property is well stocked with supplies and beach gear, and fit our family space wise. However, it’s tired and needs a deep clean. This didn’t give us confidence, especially in a time around a pandemic, where everyone else is going above and beyond to give consumers confidence that their stays are safe. Bathrooms and bedrooms had dust and hair; kitchen burners smoke with old residue; old fake flower arrangements have probably been there since the 80s. It just didn’t feel clean enough to come back.
