The property Port Mezua right on the harbor is designed with a Mediterranean outdoor (olive trees, palm trees, lavender, eucalyptus, oleander), it is secured and a private parking belongs to the apartment.

The first floor apartment is with balcony 73 QM2 and there is an elevator.
 
There are two quiet bedrooms, one has two lower large beds (1.40 x 2.00) and two bunk beds (0,90x2,00), the other has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00). 
 
The balcony and lounge seating area is south facing and overlooking the Etang de Thau.

Nice bathroom and separate toilet.

Complete equipped kitchen, granite counter, dishwasher and washing machine. 
 
Air conditioning (adjustable time), heating, video intercom, telephone, TV (international channels) and wireless Internet are available and included in the price.
 
Tourist Office, shops, weekly market, restaurants and sailing school (including kite surfing, catamaran ...) and tennis courts are within walking distance near the apartment.

Temperatures in the apartment are bearable in the summer and the nightly outside temperatures are in Meze very pleasant.

You can completely do everything without the car.

Beach and harbor are only 30 meters away.

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé dans une résidence calme et agréable.L'appartement est idéalement situé à 2 mn à pied de la plage sur l'étang. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Tout peut se faire à pied (restaurants, centre ville, marché, commerces...)Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. La remise des clefs et la réception s'est faite très rapidement par une personne très aimable habitant à proximité de la résidence.

Lumineux et apaisant.

Appartement confortable, bien équipé, lumineux, magnifique vue sur l'étang de Thau. Accueil super. Et la région de Mèze est magnifique. Allez voir l'abbaye de Valmagne, la "maison cercueil" à Loupian, l'espace Georges Brassens à Sète. Sans oublier la gentillesse et la politesse des habitants.

Bel appartement en bord d'étang

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement bien agencé avec une vue agréable sur l'étang de Thau. Il est idéalement situé près du port et ses restaurants et a un accès vers les plages. Un petit bémol car nous sommes arrivés pendant la fête de Mèze et la fête foraine s'est installée sur le parking à côté du logement, nous avons donc eu beaucoup de bruit pendant les 4 premières nuits. Hormis ce point, le reste du temps l'appartement est calme et agréable. Il est bien équipé (avec même quelques livres et peluches pour les enfants) et propose beaucoup de rangements ce qui est pratique pour ne pas avoir l'impression de camper avec des sacs partout. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Super Balkon

Wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Es war sehr gut das die Wohnung nach Bedarf vollständig klimatisiert werden konnte, war für uns notwendig da wir mehrere Tage Temperaturen über 30 Grad hatten. Das Beste an der Wohnung ist allerdings der Balkon, sehr groß mit sehr bequemen Möbeln, wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren, haben wir ihn genutzt. Internet ist vorhanden, manchmal etwas langsam. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Umgebung sehr Sehenswert.

A la découverte de Mèze

La résidence est très propre et l'appartement spacieux,confortable et fonctionnel. Nous avons bien communiqué avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueillie car le 1er Mai c 'est la fête à Mèze et certaines rues sont fermées. C'est un beau moment. Nous avons apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue de la propriétaire et la gentillesse et disponibilité de la personne qui nous a accueilli. Nous recommandons cette location.

Conveniently located close to beach. Clean, well equipped and nice balcony overlooking the pond.

We spent a few days in Meze and really enjoyed the visit, particularly our stay at the apartment with its lovely views and our visit to the Sunday market. We had coffee on the terrace each morning overlooking the 'pond'. When we arrived, were greeted with a smile and shown the private parking and all the equipment within the apartment. Everything is there. Will certainly stay again!

We spent a week here in lovely Meze! Central for our travels to Mire Poix, Carcassonne,Montpellier and Sete. The view from the dining area and balcony is of the bay! Nicole is a wonderful French lady who greets you and settles you in. This was my first time doing all the driving and I had no difficulty! Will definitely return to 5his little piece of heaven!

Very pleasant stay

We stayed over the Christmas period and had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It was warm and had everything we needed. Also it was very close to all the lovely restaurants around the port. The owner was extremely helpful when we found that there wasn't a DVD player in the apartment as stated on the inventory. She immediately arranged for us to have one. We would certainly recommend this apartment and hopefully will be returning.

Entspannung pur!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf das Wasser. Das Auto steht direkt vor der Haustüre in der gesicherten und sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage. Vor Ort braucht man sein Auto aber eigentlich nicht, denn das morgendliche Baguette holen, ist bestens zu Fuss machbar. Mèze hat viel Charme und Französisch ist auch bei den Urlaubern die vorherrschende Sprache, was uns sehr gefällt. Wer "Ramba-Zamba" sucht ist hier falsch. Baden, Erholen, ein Glas Rosé im Restaurant - so läufts hier.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons ce très bel appartement et nous sommes encore une fois ravis. L'appartement est très clair avec tout le confort nécessaire et une superbe vue. Le port de Mèze et la plage sont à 2 pas ainsi que les commerces et le marché. L' accueil est très chaleureux et la dame de ménage est très sympathique. Tout est vraiment réunis pour passer de très bons jours et je pense que nous reviendrons une troisième fois.

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE

Vous recherchez un hébergement sur Meze à deux pas de la plage, des clubs nautiques, du port, des restaurants et des commerces, je vous recommande cet appartement idéalement situé où vous passerez un agréable séjour en oubliant totalement votre voiture. L'appartement est neuf, très bien équipé et en totale adéquation avec le descriptif. La vue du balcon sur l'étang de Thau est fort appréciée, surtout au levée du soleil. Très bon échange par mail pour la réservation et excellent accueil sur place avec un petit cadeau local de bienvenue du propriétaire pour nos "papilles gustatives" ! Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement les yeux fermés pour un autre séjour sur Meze.
