Beautifully renovated and appointed beach house 100 steps from the warm sands of North Beach. This house is raised, with 8 stairs to get into the house. There are three bedrooms and one bath updated and decorated making you wish this was your home the rest of the year! Off street parking with enough room for 4 cars. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to enjoy and relax. Close to all activities along the seacoast but with the peace of a quiet neighborhood.
After a day on the beach, relax in the privacy of the yard. Large green grass area to relax and let the kids play.

We had a lovely stay late August 2025! It was the perfect location to be close to the beach and still have nice outdoor space- our kids couldn’t get enough! The home was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Hosts were easy to communicate with and helped make sure we had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable. Completely recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars for this property and the property manager, I would. The space is perfect and location is great - literally is steps to the beach and very convenient for kids. Tracy (property manager) was incredibly accommodating and kind. One of the best we've come across. Thank you for an incredible stay!!

The owners are awesome, property beautiful, location the best on north beach. Big yard great for laying around after a tiring day in the sun at the beach, which by the way, you’re only 100 steps from. ( yes, I counted) 👍👍👍
