Luxury PENTHOUSE Villa with Spectacular Ocean View. A 5 Minute Walk to the Beach

Incredible ocean views from this sixth-floor PENTHOUSE professionally designed by an award-winning Interior Decorator featuring 2 stylish King bedrooms, a sitting room with a queen pullout sofa, Media Room with 2 Sofas and 3 beautiful bathrooms (sleeps 6) with access to 2 elevators. Imaginative wave-inspired ceiling and welcoming decor create an exquisite ambiance. Beautiful art and comfortable, modern furnishings ensure pure luxury at the beach.

This villa boasts gorgeous finishes in the kitchen and baths with ample storage space. The kitchen has purified hot and cold water, custom floor-to-ceiling soft closure cabinetry, double ovens, a pull-out spice rack with spices provided, tray storage, and stocked with all the utensils you would have at home.
Two large primary bedrooms each with its own 42" HD TV and large compartmented closets with valet pulls for generous storage. Both primary bathrooms have marble walk-in showers with full-size built-in benches, double bowl sinks, and lots of storage. The main primary bath has a heated tile floor for an extra dose of luxury. Upstairs you will find the sitting room with a queen pullout sofa and the media room with 2 sofas. Downstairs there is a separate laundry room with a sink, washer, and dryer, and lots of cabinets for storage. Beach towels (8) are provided plus beach chairs (4).

Other amenities include a premier TV channel for uninterrupted movie viewing and WIFI. There is a built-in desk with an ocean view. The ocean views from the balcony are incomparable with 180-degree views of the beach. The balcony has a 50" high boy table and chairs, seating 6 comfortably. The guests look over the railing - not through it - at the ocean. The villa includes a starter supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry, and dishwashing detergent. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles permitted for overnight parking.
Beginning Memorial Day Weekend, May 25, 2024, through the Saturday after Labor Day, September 6, 2024, all rentals are 7 days - Saturday to Saturday.
All National Holidays: Easter Week, July 4th Week, Labor Day Week, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, and New Year's Week are 7 days rentals - Saturday to Saturday. I own another villa on Kiawah which is a 3 bedroom/3 bath and can be seen on VRBO. The property ID number is 3007499. Also rented by maxineskiawah.

Both Maxine and this condo were phenomenal. The decor and view is breathtaking and Maxine went above and beyond her duties as a host. There were a couple of mishaps during our stay, but Maxine was extremely attentive and made sure that they were taken care of and that we felt comfortable. Highly recommend!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! Maxine is the perfect hostess. The decor is beautiful, and the layout was perfect for us, providing each of us with our own space (a family of 5). The view is incredible. We will definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for family time

We arrived with our two teenage children with plenty of space for all. The condo has everything you will need for a wonderful stress free stay. We enjoyed the oceanfront outdoor patio especially for the New Years firework display on the beach! Maxine was so responsive and accommodating!! Would definitely stay again!

Maxine's Kiawah

We had the best time in this gorgeous Kiawah home. Clean, fantastic beds/bedding and great location. Maxine was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and had great information on the local sites, restaurants, etc. We will be back.

Growing up in Dallas, Texas (Highland Park), there was not much opportunity of water related vacations. I knew the ocean restored and renewed me and I began to search for my place. When I purchased on Kiawah, I wanted my home to reflect how I chose to live my life...in a beautiful place with comfort and amenities. I also decided to rent my home to those who wanted the same level of amenities..'the best of the best'. My guests are so wonderful and delightful that they have become friends and we both look forward to their return visits to Kiawah. I currently live in Atlanta, Ga.

Why they chose this property

It is located immediately adjacent to my other penthouse villa ( 3 bedroom/3 bath) which is wonderful for large families wanting separate but close accommodations. This property is the unique point villa on the entire Kiawah beach and hosts amazing views. Watching the sunset from my balcony is a memorable event.

What makes this property unique

Upon opening the front door, what struck me was the sweeping panoramic view of the ocean. There is a 4 story building restriction on Kiawah passed after my building was completed. This 6th story view from the balcony of the beach, dunes, and ocean are unsurpassed on the island.
