Have you been looking for the perfect family getaway on 30A? Look no further! Endless Summer is the ideal family beach retreat you won't want to leave! This home is located in Sugar Wood, a beautiful family-oriented neighborhood in the heart of 30A!

Just a short ride on the four included bikes and you're laying on the white sandy shores!! After a long day of fun and sun at the beach come jump in this home's private pool! The large pool is a perfect place to get some rest and relaxation!

Endless summer boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms! The master bedroom does not disappoint! Lay in your king-sized Bed after a long day in the sun and watch the big game on your 40" tv! Drift away in the queen-sized guest bed while planning the rest of your week! 30A will provide you with an endless number of activities. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the 40" tv. Send the kids to their bunk room that accommodates four people! The kids will love having their own bedroom.

The comfortable couches in the living room will be the perfect place to watch tv on the 53" flat screen! Have extra people? Pull out the spacious queen sized sofa bed! The fully equipped kitchen will provide you with everything you need to make your families favorite meal.

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**
**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

This home has a pool alarm required by Florida law which cannot be disabled.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the alarm.

*Pool heating available for this property from October 1st through May 1st
*Fee $50 per day and required for length of stay
*Pool heat is not guaranteed-hot tub overflow is not independently heated.
