Beautiful home! Everything was a pictured. Lots of decks to hang out on with high quality furniture. Inside furniture was very nice and comfortable. Enough dining room space for all to have a place to eat, play games and just spend time together. Bathrooms were large with very good water pressure in showers. The elevator was a luxury bonus! Pool and hot tub nice and well maintained. The view of the ocean was great for a second row home. We had a few minor issues and host was very quick to respond. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Our stay was amazing. Our whole family had a great time was able to spread out and loved the convience to everything. Our morning walked were amazing over the scenic bridge nearby. Ted was amazing to work with and made sure to check in when needed. They even helped out tremendously when we realized we had left something behind. They went out of their way to retrieve and mail us our lost item back. Thanks again for the amazing stay. We will definitely keep this one on our list to revisit.

Ted is a very accommodating host for his rentals. We enjoyed our stay very much, this house was located across the street from the ocean and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Our family reunion was a great success and everybody commented on how they would like to come back again next year.

Great vacation home!

Very short walk to the beach, beds were all comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, pool was great. Walking distance to pier, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family beach retreat

Our family of 19 people (2 seniors, 9 adults, 8 kids ages 1-14) stayed for the perfect summer beach week. Ted the owner was very responsive to any concerns, location was close to the beach, beds very comfortable, room for everyone.

Great Beach Getaway!!!!

My husband & I rented this home for a week for an annual beach trip with the family. We all just loved the vibe of Topsail/Surf City! The house was great, too, though larger than we needed. Great place ~ we’ll definitely be back!

Great location and hosts

Our stay was great. Optimal for multi family stay. House was beautiful, location was amazing with ocean views from multiple levels of the house. Very short walk to the beach. Hosts were very receptive even dropping off a new coffee maker next day when the old one died.

The house is beautiful and the location was perfect. It was clean when we arrived but were surprised to have to make the beds! There were plenty of activities for the kids at the house and many things to do in walking distance! I would definitely return

Growing family vacation!!

This house was amazing! My 4 kids, spouses and 7 grandchildren all were comfortable in the house - everyone had privacy and lots of opportunities to be together. The pool was a life saver!! The surf was a little rough this week - so the pool was awesome for the younger kids and of course we all jumped in!
