Enjoy your own spacious home in a private gated community. Enter to a large family room area with new furniture, great WIFI and cable TV. The newly renovated large kitchen offers room for storage and vaulted ceiling with large dining table. There are two newly renovated master bedrooms with king size beds and private baths. A third bedroom now offers a king size bed. Also, a perfect retreat for the kids with three bunks (full on bottom, twin on top) and their very own TV (suggest bringing their favorite gaming system to plug in). In the backyard you will be in your very own private retreat with a covered porch that provides seating for 8 and spacious area for sunning in the chaise lounge chairs by the beautiful pool. Adventure awaits you as the Humacao Nature Reserve is right next door to the neighborhood. Take a small hike up El Morillo for stunning views or walk the beach to find lots of shells and sand dollars at Hidden Beach. If you are up for day excursions this home is the best location to hitch a ride on the ferry to Vieques or Culebra. Take a drive to El Yunque to see beautiful waterfalls and plants in America’s only rainforest. Lots of restaurants and stores near this home make it easy to plan a stress-free family vacation. A perfect get away

The property was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. Was great to have separate bedrooms for my teenage boys. We brought our switch with so we could play when the night was complete. There were so many games onsite though that we really didn’t need it. Loved having a pool in the backyard (it’s bigger than it looks in pictures) and being able to walk to the beach. Had a minor issue, but Annie was great and took care of things in a very timely manner. We will definitely be going back and would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation in Puerto Rico

We really loved our vacation and our stay at Villa Palmira in a little gated community. The accommodation was even more spacious than it looked on the website! The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Annie, the property manager was excellent! Her instructions for checking in were detailed and clear. When we had a question about anything she answered immediately. The pool and outdoor patio were perfect. There was huge, long beach and beautiful Nature Preserve just a couple of minutes walk down our road. Fabulous place to stay!

Comfort Inn

The house was a great fit for my family and I. It was very clean. The house had everything. We ever use there beach chairs to take with us. We enjoyed the pool. The only downside was no smoking on the property. My husband loves his cigars and that was one we had to pause.
