Welcome to beautiful Tacoma and the Pacific Northwest! We look forward to having you enjoy your visit in our adorable and comfy home! Newly remodeled, our home is only blocks away from beautiful beaches and views of the Puget Sound. Conveniently located in a walk-able neighborhood with several amenities nearby!

2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), fully stocked and equipped bathroom and kitchen, full size washer/dryer, WI-FI, AC, cable, beautifully decorated, recently remodeled & furnished.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout: Gather all garbage/recycle and throw in the bins outside. Check the garbage/recycle schedule on the calendar and take out to the curb if applicable.
Start a load of sheets in the washer. If additional time, move to the dryer and start a load of towels. Load and start the dishwasher. Strip the bedding and leave on top of the beds.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning/heat. Lock the doors. Send me a text message (253.691.5177) or message me in the app to inform me you’ve checked out so that I can alert the cleaners.

We've stayed here before and so choosing to stay again should tell you something. We like this place it is very Central in Tacoma so close to a lot of things. It's always clean. I's great for the dogs with a huge backyard and very walkable neighborhood. It's very comfortable. The only reason I say it's not family friendly is just because it's kind of small if you have more than one child. I would definitely stay again.

This house has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. I run cold and my wife runs hot, so when she found a fan in the room she was thrilled, and I was glad to see extra blankets. You have everything you need to cook, clean, do laundry, relax or sleep. Parking is good and the neighborhood is close to so many food options and shopping, but still quiet enough that if you are searching for a bit of R&R, you've got it. The house has enough room for everything you need and isn't too big where cleaning up after yourself would be a chore. Everything you would need or want in a house is there. It's a fully stocked home. Wi-fi worked great with no issues and the cable offered lots of options. We love the personal touches when we entered the house as well. A great stay. If we ever need a place to stay again, this house is perfect.

Great stay in the Tacoma, WA area

This is a small house where excellent use has been made of every inch. The house was immaculate and well stocked with both essentials and many extras. And the neighbors were friendly and welcoming to us as visitors. I would not hesitate to reserve it for future stays in the Tacoma area.
