Beautiful house with private space for guests. Separate unit with cozy set up. All inclusive what one needs for stay. One Private bedrooms one with Queen Size. It’s a Basement in raised Bungalow with lots of sunlight .Centrally heated and air conditioned.Great affordable place to stay for tourists visiting Niagara Falls, students doing Niagara College/Brock University Tour or for family or for an individual just visiting the area. Great place for someone working out of town.Great location with affordable price. No laundry available. But there is coin laundry near by.

Fantastic!

We had a great stay at this property. Super close to our weekend event and met all our needs. Everything was clean and the host was accommodating with special requests. Look forward to staying here again next year.

Was great location and owner very responsive. Some confusion over what was offered in original listing but things eventually resolved and had a great stay.
