This FABULOUS home is located in the exquisite Windsor at Westside Gated Resort. As our guest you get to enjoy all the amenities of the resort such as the lazy river, splash pool for the kids, 2 additional large pools, tennis courts, fully equipped exercise room, on site cinema, arcade games, and family restaurant. The resort is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and convenient to shopping, dining and other area attractions.

This home was upgraded to be a one of a kind and is part of the Grand Collection. Professionally decorated and expertly styled for the comfort of you and your guests. A prime example of this is the living room with plush loveseats and cozy chairs, the perfect spot to relax in front of a state of the art flat screen TV. It’s one of many spacious areas in the home where the entire family can enjoy. Every room has a Smart TV in addition to TV in the living room and game room on second floor.

The first floor features an open floor plan, which includes 1 King Suite and a King Size bedroom. Take cooking to another level in its very modern kitchen where you can prepare a family meal. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Anyone would be ecstatic to prepare a meal here. Parking Notes
No street parking is allowed within the Windsor at Westgate Community. You must register at the clubhouse (2105 Malta Terrace, Kissimmee, FL 34747) in order to receive your parking pass. To do this, please provide the clubhouse attendant with your ID and home address. If you arrive after clubhouse hours, proceed to your home, but be sure to check in the following morning to receive your parking pass. Please Note: There is no street parking allowed. Overflow parking is located at the clubhouse (2105 Malta Terrace, Kissimmee, FL 34747).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this home is considered to be self catering. Our property management company provides a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 hand soap per bathroom. Our property management company does not provide detergent for the dishwasher, dish soap, or laundry detergent.

COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE & POOL
The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a lazy river and a dedicated children's area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and a volley ball court. There is also a free play games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes’ walk of our home and included in your rental rates.

AREA SHOPPING & DINING
Less than 5 minutes from our home, you'll find numerous options to shop and eat. If you want to get your eat on, you'll find restaurants such as Bahama Breeze, LongHorn Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Menchies, On The Border, Applebee's and many more!

If you need to pick something up at a store or want to go shopping, you'll find a Target, Publix supermarket, Ulta, Ross, Dollar Tree, TJ Maxx, Five Below and much more! All within minutes of our home on the 192 and route 27. To get a full list of all the restaurants and shopping near our home

Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the 192 and about 10 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Sea World and about 30 minutes to Universal depending on traffic.

Rest assured you won’t be disappointed; our home certainly has the wow factor as soon as you enter the door! As with most of our other guests, we hope you will see that it is even better than it looks on the pictures!

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public / private place or short term rental where people are and have been present. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By accepting this rental agreement, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure during your occupancy of our property.

Guests responsible for any damages- We strive to keep the home at a certain standard and also want to make sure that our guest follow the protocols in place. We will charge the guests for any damages identified during our inspection.

As a guest, if you are undecided on whether or not the pool and/or spa heating options are to be taken, we hope the following discussion gives you some direction. In addition, if you have other questions about the home, please let us know


Should I opt for pool heating ?
As a rule of thumb, we strongly encourage our Orlando Florida guests to opt for the pool heat option for the first and last four months of the year (i.e., Sept-Apr). If you are traveling in the months of September or April, you may want to consider the pool heat option by reviewing the weather as it gets closer to your arrival date. If you expect the ambient temperature to be in the 70s or below, we encourage you to opt-in for the pool and/or spa heat option. Also, a point to note is that the pool temperature is several degrees cooler than the air temperature. In addition, do consider the overnight low temperatures as that's when the pool gets really cold and the daytime temperatures may not be adequate to heat the water to keep it comfortable for you. To be able to enjoy your vacation rental, we encourage you to add the optional pool and/or spa heating based on the season.

Should I opt for spa heating ?
When you rent a home that has a spa, the decision on whether or not you want the spa to be heated is pretty easy to make. Guests take the spa heating option irrelevant of the month they are traveling if they want to soak in the spa. This is a great way to de-stress yourself after a busy day at the Orlando area theme parks and water parks. The spa heats up to 101°F to 102°F.

Opt-in for the entire stay or not?
If you decide to take the pool and/or spa heat option, one piece of advice we have for you is to have the heat option for the entire stay though it may sound like a marketing ploy for you. By opting for pool heating for your entire stay, you can enjoy the pool as and when you desire. Based on the external temperatures, Orlando area pools do take a while (1-2 days) to heat to desired temperatures. Due to this we do not offer the option to opt-in for the pool and or spa heating for a partial stay.

The pool heaters will not heat the pool to ‘bath’ temperature. The heater will be in operation for 12 hours each day at the same time as the pool pump is running, they do not operate 24 hours per day. For this reason the pool will feel a little cooler first thing in the morning and will take some time to reach its maximum heat. When you arrive at your home the pool heater will already have been switched on for your arrival but the pool may take 24/48 hours to reach optimum temperature.

PLEASE NOTE that the spa is not a hot tub which means it will take a lot longer to heat up and in the winter months and may not reach desired temperatures.
