About this property

This charming and well-kept Seaside Cottage is located in quiet south Cocoa Beach just a few steps away from a pristine, locals beach called 12th Street beach. Nestled between the Banana River and the Atlantic Ocean, Seaside Cottage is clean, cozy and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Each of the spacious 2 bedrooms have a queen bed. The living room has a sofa, love seat and 2 chairs and opens to the dining room. The private backyard is extra spacious and is fenced in.
There is a deck in the backyard with a gas grill, a table with chairs and an umbrella for those who love to eat al fresco. To fully enjoy the beach experience, we have provided beach chairs, beach toys, a cart to wheel everything over to the beach, and a beach umbrella. There is tandem parking directly in front of the Cottage for 2 cars. There is an attached single car garage that is used exclusively to house beach gear and a free washer and dryer with laundry soap that guests are welcome to use during their stay.

12th Street beach is a dog-friendly beach during set hours in the morning and evenings.

Perfect for our little getaway

This house was adorable and had everything we needed. It was easy to get to and from. Beds were comfy and rooms were cozy. My kids loved running around the back yard. Having the beach a 3 minute walk away was fantastic. I would plan another vacation just to stay here again. Loved it!
