This was a great home. Clean, quiet, close to everything. Communication was great. Everything we needed was at the home. Exactly as described with no surprises. Check out was very simple.
Prompt response to emails, prompt response to malfunctioning coffee maker-.replaced with brand new one immediately. Very clean condo, all amenities provided and in good condition. Spacious, uncluttered, plenty of cooking items. Easy checkout-not much to exit on busy day to catch plane.
Exactly as advertised! Extremely clean, well maintained and easy to follow instructions for the property. The hosts were super responsive and easy to work with - including personalized ideas of things to do for our group. I'd definitely use them again for future trips!
We booked this for the Moab Rocks Stage Race and a base camp for our group and we couldn’t be happier. The place is very nicely appointed and clean, the location is perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

We rented 2 units during our stay (619 & 623) and everything went really well. Both units were beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We had to contact the owners about one small item, and they were extremely quick to respond and make things right. This location was perfect for everything we wanted to do (Canyonlands and Arches National Parks) and we loved having access to the pool and hot tub each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back in the future.

Great stay
The townhome was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The linens and beds were very comfortable a the entire neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was also great, only a few blocks from downtown. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next trip to Moab.
