Why they chose this property
I bought this property after staying on TrueBlue 5 times over the last 6 years for an annual golf trip with a group of 8 golfers. We love the great courses in the area and always play True Blue and it’s sister course Caledonia. Golf digest ranked both in the top 100 courses anyone can play in the US. Caledonia is generally considered the best course our groups has played in the area.
After visiting the area for non golf weekends I began to discover the other great amenities in Pawleys Island and the nice laid back feel especially compared to Myrtle Beach.
Brookgreen gardens, Atalaya, Pawleys Island Beach and state parks in the area including Huntington State park make exploring the area fun and enjoyable.
The location between both Myrtle Beach and Charleston airports is great as well. MB airport is within an hour and Charleston is lest the 1.5 hours.
Restaurants and grocery stores are plentiful in the area. Lots of choices with 2 miles of the condo. Some of my favorites are Frank’s, Chive Blosom, BisQit and Pawleys Island Tavern, depending on my mood. Pawleys Island Tavern has live music and is a great night life bar.
