This home sits between downtown Sebastian and Vero Beach; you are close to all the fun activities like River Cruises, Airboat rides, Mckee Botanical gardens, and all the best restaurants/bars. Make sure to bring your golf clubs there are many private and public courses within a couple miles. For thrill seekers Sebastian Skydive is just 6.9 miles away. World famous Sebastian Inlet just over the bridge for surfers and beach goers alike! Explore the wildlife and alligators in the Fellsmere Stick Marsh just a 20 minute drive away. Explorer NASA at the Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal Studios and other attractions are 1 1/2 hour drive away. This home has plenty of outdoor space and parking for Family and Friends.
