It's About Time - Beachfront Vacation Rental House with Private Pool in Miramar Beach

After waiting all year for a vacation, you might think “It’s About Time!” The four-story vacation home, “It’s About Time,” has been waiting for your arrival! Located directly on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this home offers spectacular views and easy access to the beach straight from the backyard! A private, in-ground pool surrounded by plenty of patio space and lounge chairs is also located on the property just outside of the game room! The home can comfortably sleep 26-28 people, making it ideal for multi-family vacations and reunions. There are ten bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and three half bathrooms located within the impressive 8,720 square feet of the home.

The first three floors of the home are serviced by an in-home elevator. The elevator does not service the fourth floor. Once inside the home, the first floor provides a spacious game room with a poker table, foosball table, and pool table! Two flat-screen TV’s are mounted to the walls. Off of the game room lies a kitchen with additional barstool seating at the counter. Along with the game room and kitchen, the first floor also contains two queen over queen built-in bunk beds a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a laundry closet with Kenmore washer and dryer machines.

The private pool is accessible from the back doors of the first floor, and by stairs from the second and third floor. On the pool patio, guests will find pool rafts to play with and a full-sized pool. There are two half baths located outside on the pool deck for convenience. Eight lounge chairs and two tables with four chairs each provide seating for the guests to gather together and enjoy the view of the Gulf.

On the second floor of the home, guests will find two master suites. Each is laid out the same with a king bed, a rocking recliner, a flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a wet bar with a sink and mini fridge, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony with a gulf view. These Master suites are luxurious and comfortable. They also each have their own private bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a garden tub, and a stand-alone shower.

The third floor of the home features the main living areas. On this floor, guests will find an open living and dining room area and the primary kitchen. The living room provides seating for everyone and is a great gathering and entertainment space. With a large sectional sofa and additional sofa chairs, everyone can get comfy here! The living room offers a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player. Guests can also walk out to the balcony from the living room. On the balcony, they will find a grill and a five-piece bistro. If guests prefer to cook and dine inside, they can take full advantage of the dining room with two tables and seating for 16 guests. A wet bar is available just off of the dining area and next to the kitchen. The kitchen houses two dishwashers, two ovens, an ice maker, a large pantry, a toaster, blender, microwave, Keurig, and Sharper Image knife block set. The appliances are all stainless steel. Three barstools line the kitchen counter.

The third floor also offers additional sleeping arrangements. A secondary den offers a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. On the other side of the third floor resides a king suite with a king bed and sitting area, in addition to a small balcony overlooking Scenic Gulf Drive. This king suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring dual shower heads.

Six of the home’s ten bedrooms are located on the fourth floor. Two master suites can be found at the end of the two hallways. The first offers a pastel color scheme and luxury accommodations such as the private balcony with a gulf view and a private en suite bath. The second master is decorated to fit a tropical theme. This master suite also has a private balcony and private bath. The bathroom offers a garden tub and a walk-in shower. Remaining bedrooms include a king suite with an en-suite bath, a guest bedroom with a full bed and an en-suite bath, a double queen suite, and a bunk room. The bunk room is furnished with twin-over-twin bunks and shares a bathroom with the double queen suite.

The final feature of the fourth floor is a laundry closet with a stacked Maytag washer and dryer set and a washing sink. Anyone who sleeps on the fourth floor will find their sleeping arrangements the most comfortable with iComfort mattresses featuring cooling technology and gel memory foam.
