Unit #199 is a bright one bedroom, one bath first floor home (sleeps up to 4). This traditional condo has plenty to occupy your group or just simply relax. Easy access to the blue line shuttle and a short walk to the Village at Mammoth.

Livingroom: A sleeper sofa, recliner, and rocker provide plenty of seating. There is a flat screen TV with VCR/DVD player. There is a wood burning fireplace, kindling and firewood are provided upon availability.

Dining Area: The dining table host 4 guests comfortably, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils (eg. pots, pans, plates, cooking spatulas). There is a regular drip coffee maker in the unit.

Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom hosts a king-sized bed with an additional private flat screen TV. The alcove hosts a bunk area with a full size bottom bunk, and twin top bunk. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional option.

Location: This corner unit is located in the "Upper Seasons 4" area. Outside off-street parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski Condo Close to Base

The condo had everything necessary for a good weekend at the mountain. Blue line bus stop right across the street was very convenient. Easy to walk downtown to restaurants was nice too. Dog friendly is always a plus. Would stay again!

Great place to stay. It was very clean and had all the amenities visitors may need. The condo was nice and cool even during July. Accommodating for groups looking for a dog friendly unit. Everything was easy to access and service was both kind and helpful.

Cozy mountain retreat

Our family of four stayed in the condo for Xmas break. The location is great, where it’s easy to access the village/mountain but also set back enough to be quieter when needed. The condo was great, the bed in the bedroom our kids kept trying to sneak into because it was so comfortable. The pullout couch was well as the little bunk easily fit all of us. And the house had a lot of little personal touches which made it great. Great experience all around.

Great property!

We had a wonderful time enjoying Thanksgiving in Mammoth. This was a great, clean little condo/apartment. It’s one bedroom, but had a bunk space for both of our children. Everyone was very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Mammoth Christmas week getaway

Love this condo. Location is perfect! It’s walking distance to Canyon Lodge or there is a shuttle across the street that takes you to The Village to catch the gondola up to Canyon Lodge. Heavy snow fall and blizzard while we were there this time, but we still had fun snowboarding and the place is cozy with everything we needed.

Great getaway

Very clean and cozy. Spent Thanksgiving holiday here with my teenagers. Perfect little kitchen to finish cooking up Thanksgiving dinner and enjoy a warm fire before hitting the slopes for more skiing fun. Plenty of parking on both sides of the building. Simple check in and check out. We did not take advantage of the other amenities. Would highly remommend.

Great condo, great location!

The condo was perfect for my family of four. Very close to the ski resort and the village. It was also very clean and everything in the house was working. The only downside was that we had to strip down the sheets and put them in a plastic bag at checkout (which was understandable during COVID but I hope it will go away once COVID is under control.) Overall we were very happy with our stay and will definitely go back to this very same condo or another one of Season 4 condos in our next visit.
