Great stay. Place was as advertised, clean, and the location is hard to beat. On site management was easy to get a hold for any issues, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The property is very close to canyon lodge - almost walkable if not in ski boots. It is very clean, albeit on the worn side. The appliances, silverware, bedding, and floors were all very clean.
Very comfortable and cheery condo. Looks exactly like the photos . My only disappointment was the balcony which we couldn't use due to the fact it was completely covered with stacked firewood .

Thank you for the feedback Victoria! I apologize, yes the wood is a bit space taking. The wood on the balcony does belong to each unit, and as our winter was cut shorter, a lot of it was not used. And unfortunately as it does belong to the unit, we aren't able to remove them. Otherwise, we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and the unit!
My son and I loved it! It was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had fun with the foosball table :) The only thing that would have been nice would to be able to sign in to our own Netflix/Hulu etc account. The only option for watching TV was network the DVDs. But overall great stay!
Cute little condo in the perfect spot to Canyon and the Village. Easy walking distance to both but also walk out your front door to blue line bus and red trolley. So convenient. Just the right amount of kitchen dishes and utensils. Top bunk bed has no guard rail so kiddo couldn’t sleep there. Carpet and rugs are old and worn. Radiator in master bedroom makes dripping noises all night. All little things just fyi. We would definitely stay there again. Great value for the location!
Maybe too much furniture in too small a place. The bunk beds are fine for our relatively tall 12-year olds. Super close to the shuttle. Ground floor, which makes it easy in/out. Has a foos ball table. Master closet had owner items in it, restricting access. The sink in the master is frivolous and a waste of space. Still, we were comfortable and enjoyed the game room.
It was a great location, super clean, great amenities. The heaters really work, they get a bit too hot, and the bunkbeds are for little kids, not teenagers.
This condo is on the bottom floor and we could hear every move they made upstairs. This made it very hard to get a full nights sleep. I’m not sure if it’s all wood floors so it sounds extra loud. It sounded like the people upstairs were up at odd hours of the night and by 6am they were ready to go.
This was the only real bummer, the rest was nice. We would stay again on a top floor, since it’s hard to hit the slopes with little sleep.

Hi Jamie,
Sorry you had a bad experience with noise from upstairs. If it's ever going on into the night, party, etc., please call the office and we'll definitely speak to the folks upstairs.
Thank you for your stay,
Teri
Everything was fine, not spectacular, just fine. I'm just a little particular about the kitchens and how the storage is used. there were a lot of kitchen cabinets that had appliances just thrown in the cabinets. A little unorganized for my taste. There wasn't a lot of room for all out luggage making it difficult to get ready. The closet was full of stuff just thrown in so we couldn't leave anything in there to get out of the way. I guess it's just my OCD. It fulfilled it's purpose for my family. No complaints other than my organization issues. I'd possibly book this place again now that I know what to expect.
The location was great, directly across from a shuttle stop and next to the office which was open late with spa, sauna, foosball, ping pong and pool table which was nice. However, there was a clicking sound that might keep you awake in the primary bedroom that you could not help but notice at night as you were trying to fall asleep. Only one small bathroom. Very odd to have another vanity/sink in the master bedroom behind the door. The bunkbed area was nice, but no guard rail on top bunk, so not safe for children to sleep on top bunk. Fortunately, both couches were pullout sofas, so that worked out great. Bring your own creamer for coffee. Plenty of shovels and sleds in the outside closet, and bobcat cleared the snow in the parking lot daily which was nice. Convenient location if it is dumping snow or you prefer to take the shuttle bus. Easy walk to the Village. Foosball table in the unit.
Great place. Jacuzzi jets were not working, but everything else was great.

HI Ralph,
Thank you for your stay, the Jacuzzi jets have finally been repaired, we were waiting on a part for a bit.
Have a great day, we look forward to your next visit.

Great place, the front office staff was very nice. Great location next to the shuttle for Canyon. If I have one complaint it would be that they didn't have many condiments for cooking. Just salt and pepper, no sugar for coffee or tea.
I was so impressed by this place. It is a perfect location for both skiing or if you want to be near the village. The bunks were perfect for my kids. The managers were responsive and the place was clean!
The place was perfect for a little fall getaway. Clean, organized, instructions for the unit needs (fire, heat, checkout, etc) were clear. Would totally stay again!

My wife and I felt at ease when we arrived at the unit. All was clean. A nice touch was a couple of small Kleenex packages and a bar of soap. The bedroom was a little tight. It was kind of odd to see a sink in the bedroom. We did not use it. We didn't watch one of two TVs in the unit. The unit was in a good location. First floor access was nice.
I knew we got a pretty basic place based on pictures here, but it was much nicer in person! I like the Christian phrase mural over the fireplace. After reading it, it felt like home. For the 4 of us, we had lots of room. The area is very nice with lots of trees. We had a view of the pool which we used often by ourselves most times, (for social distancing). Only on the last night... we saw lots of people there, so we didn't go. Bed is comfy, & our kids had no problem using the sofa bed, although they could've be a little better. Our boys didn't mind. We used the towels that were provided in our room. When we needed more, we were told to put used towels in the plastic bags provided... call the office to let them know & leave them outside the door tied up, and they'd replace them with fresh ones.... So we did that twice, & it worked out for us. We had flush wipes & other things like paper towels, dish detergents etc ... so we didn't need anything else.... But they did have a little of those things already there for starters. We stayed 5 days, so we needed a lil more. Overall, a great stay! It felt like home.
