We had a great stay here! We had one problem with a shower and they were there to fix it very quickly! Lots of great things to do on property! We also felt very safe! Short drive to Disney!
The house was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice and in close proximity to the parks. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice meal.
Candy was great to deal with when we had questions too. We highly recommend this property.
Villa was very spacious for our group of 8. Not impressed with lack of towels, no shower mats (one of my friends fell walking out of the shower on wet floor). Pool was very dirty. No extra toilet paper and the microwave was broken. Leak in kitchen ceiling from shower above that was never repaired
The house is in a good location and it is very spacious and worked well for our family of eight. The pool area was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. Upon our arrival, we could not get checked in because the house was double booked and other people were already checked in to the house. The security and staff at Paradise Palms resort were wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate us. I highly recommend Paradise Palms resort , They let us go in and use the facilities at the clubhouse until we got things straightened out, and we will be staying there again. So we called Magnolia property management and all they did was give us the runaround, finally, after several back-and-forth phone calls, they offered us another house in another resort. I told them that I did not want another resort that I did a lot of research and this was the resort that we wanted to stay at. Finally candy the homeowner was contacted and they vacated the house for us, but we were unable to get into it until the next day so they put us up in a condo for the night. finally after getting checked in and getting to minutes from Disney the following day, we were very disappointed in the house. If you rent this house, make sure you bring bedroom slippers because the carpets are so nasty and worn that I wouldn’t want to walk on them with bare feet. The ceiling fan in the front downstairs bedroom doesn’t work, The icemaker doesn’t work, The dining table is very dirty Underneath the glass top.
We have stayed at Paradise Palms for several years, and this was the first time I booked a house here instead of a condo. The property was very spacious and had ample room for all of the guests. Very good communication with the management. The property was as described in the listing. We enjoyed using the pool and the game room during our stay. The main pool at the clubhouse is always wonderful, and the food at the poolside grill is very good. Very close to shops, attractions, and pretty much everything you need while staying in Kissimmee.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
The house is nice but Magnolia Villas Properties is a HORRIBLE management company. I will never rent from any owner that uses this company as part of their service. We called thr management team regarding the air when we are arrived at our villa because it was extremely hot in the house. The information states the house has two thermometer's and it does not. The first call regarding the air not working properly was made around 1:30 pm on Thursday to which the rep stated she could remotely see that the house was hot and that she would make a call to maintenance. Four hours later, still no air and I call back and leave a message because management is now closed. The 888 number provided for maintenance is a JOKE. You can't get anyone and you need some type of passcode which we didn't have. At 6:04 pm almost 5 hours later, I receive a text stating they are unlocking the thermostat. What? Why wasn't it unlocked when my initial call was made at 1:31 pm when you noticed that the house was hot! Barbara from Magnolia team then proceeds at 6:04 saying they were unlocking the system and that maintenance would be by. 7:49 pm comes and still no one from maintenance had been by. I was told that he would be arriving in the next hour. Maintenance did not arrive until after 9:30 pm and even though there is a huge language barrier shows me from the thermometer that he used to check the temperature of the house it was ready 65 degrees. The thermostat states a different reading from what he had and he says that the reading on the thermostat is wrong, how it takes a long time for the house to cool off etc. I live in a two story 5 bedroom house and it does not.take my home 6 or more hours to cool off if my system is working probably. Once the house cooled off it was fine. I called to let management know there was no light in the laundry room, the master shower light didn't work and no one came to fix those items. We were ticketed with an excessive trash violation which was a lie and I am still wanting to know why that happened. I was standing outside as the trash valet came to collect the trash and we used the small trash bag that came with the house. The previous renters left trash inside of the valet trash bin outside and I let the valet know that. I will be requesting management or the owners review the video camera to see that the valet service did not haul away excess garbage from the house. The wifi sucks and you can't use your cell phone indoors.
It was a really nice house. Very spacious and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely going to recomend this property! For sure!

Not what it looks like in the pics
This place looks great online but this is one of those where the details aren't apparent until arrival. We're generally pretty roll-with-it people but the whole stay just felt icky. The carpeting is absolutely disgusting. The pool was so filthy we couldn't use it until the very last day even though we'd paid a lot extra to have it heated. We called the management company and sent them pictures and, while they had a very nice demeanor, they alternated between "we'll get it fixed" and stone silence. Sticky bannisters, a dangerous short in a lamp, a broken vanity stool (that they implied we broke), an ice maker that doesn't make ice. The dining room table has a glass top that is cloudy with dirt and other people's crumbs on the underside. We even bought cleaning supplies just so we could stay there without our skin crawling. The house is huge though and the community pool is nice. The location is okay but tough to get in and out of due to traffic, even late at night. I would not recommend this property.
This was such a nice getaway, home away from home. My family enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and amenities offered at the resort. Access and check in was easy and the host was extremely attentive, thorough and responsive. Perfect location and perfect amount of room. I would definitely stay here again.
The size of the house is awesome. All carpets and toilets need replacing as well as patio furniture, couch in main room and dining room chairs. Vacuum cleaner is completely broken as is the ice maker on the fridge. Kitchen is gorgeous big. As are the bedrooms. Girls and boys loved the murals on the walls. Pool was very cold and unusable unless heated which was atrociously expensive as was renting the barbecue.
Close to all the parks tho. The resort was excellent. Staff very friendly
Love it!!!!!!!
The layout of the house was wonderful, we especially liked that three of the five bedrooms had king-size beds. The upstairs and all the bedrooms were carpeted, which we liked, but after all the years of traffic was a bit shabby. The furniture and appliances were older, but everything was clean and functional. We didn’t use the pool although it was nice and had a small patio area. We did use the lovely community pool which was just a short walk away.
The TV downstairs was not a Smart TV but upstairs had a Roku TV with all conceivable streaming services available. Only one couch up there allowed for only 3 people to have a place to sit, though.
We had some trouble with the heating/air conditioning but a call to Carlos lead to him coming out for a quick fix. The neighborhood was quiet, neighbors friendly. Location was very close to Disney, although we learned to take routes that kept us off of 192 and I-4 as the traffic was nuts!
All in all we enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again.
The house was clean and beds were comfy. The neighborhood is great as well, in a gated community. I would definitely stay here again!
