Timberline 46 Mammoth Lakes Two Bedroom Townhouse

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome Timberline Unit 46 is located near Old Mammoth Road within walking distance of restaurants, the Vons supermarket, and the Mammoth Lakes movie theater. The Green Line Mammoth Mountain shuttle stops near the parking lot entrance, a short walk from our townhome. It is a ten minute ride on the Green Line to Eagle Lodge Lift 15. The entire mountain is accessable from Lift 15. The Red line shuttle stops on Old Mammoth Rd. a two block walk from Timberline. The Red Line goes to the Village and the Main Lodge.

Our two level townhome has two bedrooms downstairs with the kitchen and living room upstairs. We have completely remodeled the kitchen in the summer 2016, installing all new cabinents, all new appliances, and granite countertops. Our townhome has a wood-burning stove and an entertainment center in the living room. The entertainment center has a large flat screen TV with Sudden Link cable access to many cable stations. This TV also has access to movies from Netflix and Amazon through the BluRay player that is connected to the internet . There is a high quality stereo sound system in the entertainment center. High-speed wireless Internet (50Mbps) from Sudden Link cable is also available in our townhome. There is a video library of about one hundred DVD titles.. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The master bedroom downstairs has a King bed with a wall mounted TV that has cable access and a DVD player. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps two persons and a Queen bed that sleeps two persons. The second bedroom also has a wall mounted TV that has cable access and a DVD player.

Timberline has a nice well maintained hot tub and sauna that is open all year long. The hot tub and sauna are located next to the Manager`s office, on the west side of the managers office. The Timberline swimming pool is open from late spring through early fall.

We’ve stayed here several times even during COVID. The kitchen is the nicest feature with granite countertops. Nice unit for a couple travelling with another couple or a few friends. The owner is always responsive. The complex is quiet, and parking is a short walk away. Location is convenient; close to Von’s and restaurants. Definitely will stay here in the future!!
