Thoughtfully designed with designer furnishings and coastal touches throughout, Sanctuary features a spacious king suite on the main level with a flat-screen TV, a spa-like private bath with a tiled shower, and an intimate screened-in porch complete with a deep soaking tub—ideal for unwinding after a sun-soaked day.

Upstairs, you'll find a beautifully appointed living area with a wrap-around sectional, large flat-screen TV, and stunning views of the Gulf. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for dining in, and just beyond, your private balcony invites you to relax with morning coffee, a sunset dinner, or a quiet nightcap under the stars.

Charming Beach Cottage

We really enjoyed our relaxing getaway in this perfect cozy little cottage right on the beach! The location to great eateries and shopping was a bonus. Great place and beautifully furnished.

We arrived a bit early and my wife met the crew by accident, they were vacuuming under the bed (on hands and knees) getting it thoroughly clean. We appreciate the effort as it was above and beyond the standard level of care you will typically find in a rental. The location can’t be beat and overall we had an excellent time at this home.

We would really have liked to have a small washer and drier (maybe put it in the little closet in the bedroom? I run and would liked to have washed things so i could pack less items. And would really suggest a small but full size refrigerator. We just didn't trust the other ones for anything but drinks and that made it hard to cook.

The following was our experience with Homeowner’s Collection:- Immediate response through text if we had questions. - Cottage was clean and decorated beautifully. - Location to everything was perfect - shopping, food, complimentary bike rental, market, spa, etc. - The firework show was directly in view from our cottage deck. - Beach access was located by our cottage- Special gifts when we arrived at our cottage from Homeowner’s Collection- Great to ride our bikes to play Pickleball and ride to other areas on the trails. - Even though the cottage is small it is perfect for 2 people with plenty of areas to hang clothes and store luggage. It feels very spacious, cozy and comfortable. We will be back! Homeowner’s Collection is very professional and we are impressed by their service !

The beach is just a few steps from the boardwalk leading to the beach which has a secure, private entrance for the cottage guest only. The cottage is great and well maintained along with the surrounding properties. Once you park your vehicle, there is really no need to drive again. Maybe a 3 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Very convenient! The view is great but you have to go to the upstairs porch to view the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The porch has a Hammack but when stretched out, takes up most of the porch space. In my opinion, a swing to sit in would be more relaxing. The staff at Homeowners Collection is awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Always answered our text or phone call promptly. Overall, a very relaxing getaway cottage. Highly recommend using Homeowners Collection for booking a property and we will definitely be coming again!

Reviewer Comments: Cottage charming & comfortable, good for short getaway. 5* amenities (bikes, Pool & fitness, etc), close to shops w/ fabulous foodtrucks, Modica Market, private access to beach which was superb. GREAT view from porch, many details attended to with care despite aging furnishings/bathrooms. 1 complaint is AC is not central so upstairs became too warm during day to enjoy inside during hot afternoon when you want nap in cool room.... View is 5+ stars & unit other than insufficient AC worthy of 4. I must however speak to fact no one informed me prior to arrival of extremely noisy building going on a few feet from unit. A LARGE house being built & though I realize I was not staying during peak season most certainly not yet OFF season & to arrive at long awaited respite to endure incessant racket of hammers, saws, scraping shovels, electric tools, & yelling workers is quite unbecoming locale & rate of this cottage. Should be informed at booking or possibly prior to arrival or even AT arrival (maybe an apology & extra amenity??), instead, work began 7am....when I want to enjoy sound of waves on porch w/ coffee in AM.... afternoon nap during hottest part of day.... evening cocktail. All moments accompanied by banging & clanging to the point a conversation could not be held over noise —only break after 6pm.... 2nd week of August. At very least give me option to stay elsewhere if I’m to be accosted by such extreme noise all day. I was sorely disappointed to lose out on quiet rest expecting & desperately in need of, & for this reason I have disappointment in Co. renting unit. Not a peep. Strongly advise, as is best practice of major hoteliers & luxury accommodations, that guests be informed of their vacation’s tenuous relaxation / potential ruination by noise of workers building a house inches away. For the lack of communication & resulting inability to fully relax & enjoy my long-awaited trip I must give 2 stars.

The setup was very comfortable. The balcony was the best part for me, just relaxing in the chairs or hammock and listening to the ocean. The walkability was wonderful, just a few minutes to lots of food choices and some leisurely shopping. The one negative was the refrigerator situation. The refrigerator was tiny and had an unpleasant odor. Overall though, I very much enjoyed my stay.

Only one of the pictured chairs was present along with a cheap broken plastic chair to make a pairing. The other cottages had much better seating options.
