A modern, light filled home with spectacular views of the Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular. Living spaces and two bedrooms overlook Jervis Bay with access (at the bottom of the yard) to Collingwood Beach. Other features include outdoor showers, two water facing decks, two large, ocean facing living spaces (up and down) and a private BBQ area.

Collingwood Beach is on your doorstep with water views of Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular. Walk across the road to Vincentia Shopping Village with Coles, Vincentia Butcher, two bottle shops, two bakeries, Hope’s Chemist, ATMs, a selection of cafes, restaurants and gift shops. There is a walking path from Huskisson to Vincentia right on your doorstep. If you like to explore, there are walking tracks from Greenfields Beach through to Hyams Beach.

Perfect location

Great property for two families. Out the back door is the beach, out the front door is the local shopping village. Good facilities, loads of living space, good size bedrooms and bathrooms. We really liked this property. Thank you!

Great location

Perfect location nice and clean but the doors and windows upstairs were very hard to open and close. Beach right out front is fabulous but access could be improved. Downstairs shower flooded each time it was used.

Great location

The house was wonderful however it was dusty upon arrival which was odd as cleaners were supposedly have just cleaned before our arrival. The facilities was great, enough room for a family trip with siblings and cousins. 11 of us in total. The bathrooms were really wonderful especially after a day spent at the beach. Nearby beaches was really easy to get to as were the shops. So if you forget anything, coles was nearby. Only negative thing was that check in and check out was not properly clarified. On the booking and booking confirmation we were told 2pm for checkin and late check out of 4pm. We were emailed on the day of arrival that check in was changed to 3pm and check out was 10am instead. Soon after another email came saying for check in to be at 4pm and we will be given check out of 3pm to compensate. As we were travelling from Sydney, we made the most of it by going to nearby places to pass time. We then received another email stating we can check in at 3pm and will still have the late check out. The morning of check out, we got an email stating we were to vacate by 10am. It was really frustrating as we had to then rush to pack and leave. This was the only negative point.

Getaway

The house is a perfect getaway which allowed our group to have their own spaces when needed but also space to be together. Cant wait for our next visit
