Sunrise Beach Villas - Stunning, Ocean View Poolside Villa With Beach Access

Welcome to paradise! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is in the heart of Paradise Island, only a 30 minute taxi cab ride away from the Nassau Airport. Located on the main floor, the villa is steps from the pool and has a beautiful ocean view.

The villa has been recently renovated and newly furnished with nothing left to spare. The two bedrooms both have very comfortable memory foam beds, luxury linens and flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second room has two single beds which can be put together to form a king size bed if desired. The living area has stunning, brand-new leather furniture, a flat screen TV and Roku 2 (access to Netflix, etc.) for your entertainment.

For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are several restaurants within walking distance such as Margaritavilla and The Green Parrot. You can also stop by the onsite restaurant, Viola’s, which offers meals, bar service and live entertainment.

The world renowned Atlantis Resort is a short walk down the street with access to the casino, restaurants and shops. Daily passes for the waterpark and aquarium are available for purchase at Atlantis.

Whether you prefer to lounge poolside or head down to the famous Cabbage Beach, towels and a 5 gallon water jug are provided to ensure that you stay refreshed and relaxed during your vacation.

Lastly, you’ll never feel too far away from home as free international calling, cable and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included with your stay. For your comfort and convenience, the unit has a central air conditioning system and an in-house washer/dryer.

Perfect Villa on the Beach

The Beach Villa was everything as described. Our family had a great time and truly enjoyed the private beach access to the beautiful blue water. The host was also very prompt answering questions before the trip. The location was also very convenient to Atlantis resort for restaurants and other entertainment. It was a fantastic trip. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Great location on beach for families

Had a wonderful time in the unit which had great access to pools and the beach was a minute's walk away. The unit was spacious and allowed our two teens to spread out with their own bathroom. Really enjoyed using the patio in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a cocktail all while overlooking the pool and the sea in the background. Would definitely visit again!

Fantastic Villa in perfect location

We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at Sunrise Villas again. The location is central to everything and the location right on cabbage beach so amazing. It is truly one of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen. The owner was easy to contact and the unit was very clean. A great stay, would highly recommend!

Exactly as you see it - BEAUTIFUL

We had a great time in this condo for a long weekend. Having the kitchen was great and now that we know the area, we will be doing more dinning in and grocery shopping. However, groceries are very expensive. The views from this place are fantastic, the pool is super nice and clean also. I will return here without a doubt! The only suggestion I have would be for new beach chairs and beach toys and boards for kids of all ages. We will be back for sure!

Sunrise Villas the Location was Perfect

The location in Paradise Island was perfect. Wished Violas was open. That was quite a bummer not having food nearby. Really need a taxi to get around and that was OK. The amount of people flooded Atlantis from the cruise ships was very annoying. The surface cleaning was very good, but being allergic to dust, the vents could use some attention. I would recommend this condo and would stay again, but communicate to visit sites after 4 pm.

The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The owner, Jordan, was very easy to deal with and the beautiful beach and convenient pool were great for both my 8 and 3 year old to enjoy. An easy quick walk to Atlantis and the shops rounded out this great condo!

Great unit. Had stayed at Sunrise before but in the second row. This was about twice the size, nicely decorated and overlooked the pool towards the sea. Lovely terrace and well equipped kitchen.

We are a family of four who have frequently visited Nassau. We began coming here on cruise ships and quickly fell in love. Being from Northern Ontario, Canada we find Paradise Island to be the perfect escape from the winter weather. Prior to purchasing this unit, we spent time at various rental properties throughout Nassau before deciding that Paradise Island was where we prefer to be.

We fell in love with this property because of its proximity to all of the attractions of Paradise Island. It is in a beautiful Villa complex, just steps away from the world renowned Cabbage Beach. Everything is within walking distance from restaurants, bars, shopping, Atlantis, etc.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits are that the villa is poolside with an ocean view. There is no better thing to wake up to then the view of the beautiful white sand and turquoise water.

The villa complex has everything that you would need for a relaxing, fun vacation. From hammocks to Viola's bar/restaurant - there is something for everyone.
