Visiting family for the holidays but don't necessarily need that much together time? You're in luck, we've got your comfortable home away from home.

Think of our family home as a place to relax, prepare homemade meals, chill by the fire, and explore the neighboring cities of Boulder, Denver, Lafayette, Louisville, and Longmont. The two-story home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the front room, an office loft, and a tranquil back deck.

Our home is centrally located between Boulder, Denver, and Longmont with quick, easy access to I25 and E-470 to DIA. It is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood bordered by Colorado National Golf Club, multiple parks, a short walk to a grocery store, and several dining/shopping options.

We are excited to open our home to guests. This is not an income property or a vacation home. It is lived in. There are clothes, toys, and the tell-tale signs that a family grows here. We have loads of books, games, puzzles and random items to keep folks occupied. We have well-behaved pets (they will also be away on vacation) so likely not the best option for people with those specific allergies, and we respectfully ask for no pets.
