Downstairs is a common bedroom suite and 1 bathroom, kitchen and service area.
On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, balconies in the back and 2 balconies in the front (in the bedrooms).
American style kitchen with all the necessary utensils. It does not have air conditioning, but 2 common fans.
Backyard with pool and barbecue. Parking with spaces for 4 cars.
Some fruit trees like acerola, banana, pitangueira and coconut.
It is on the street behind Rua da Praia.
Upstairs, you can be dazzled by the sea view.
The neighborhood has 24 hour security.
