The spacious Villa is located 30 minutes drive from Rome (GRA) in a tranquil and secluded location and is ideal for visiting the major attractions (including Magic land theme park with water park planned during 2023) and historical sites of the region.

We bought the Villa in 2002 and the whole family regularly holidays there every year.

Why they chose this property

The property is situated on a hillside just outside the beautiful medieval town of Paliano within the National Park area of Ciociaria. The area is really not well known abroad and is still very "italian" - something we love. It spacious and very tranquil and just the place to chill out.

What makes this property unique

It's also close enough to Rome to pop in for the evening.
There is so much to see in the area but if you really appreciate history Rome/Naples/Pompei are within easy reach.
