Lovely Home Steps From Dickies/Museums/Will Rogers/Cultural Dist and 2m From DT
*We respect our home and our neighbors and all guests must do the same. No parties, no late night gatherings. No more than three cars (two off road in the driveway and one in front of the home). If you bring pets, please pick up after them. If they are left in the home, they need to be in a kennel. Do not feed or water them on rugs or carpet.*
Our home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood nestled between Rivercrest Country Club and Monticello. It is walking distance to Dickies, Will Rogers Memorial Center, Fort Worth Stock Shows, museums and short drive to the Zoo, TCU, Colonial, Botanic Gardens.
There is not a better location than this for being close to Will Rogers and the Stock Show area, Fort Worth's museum district, downtown, Camp Bowie, the historical Northside and Stockyards along with golfing, shopping, and walking along the Trinity Trails.
This 1930 square foot townhouse has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Downstairs is a very spacious and open living, dining and kitchen space along with the downstairs powder room. The kitchen is granite with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and a separate bar area overlooking the living room and dining rooms. The kitchen and dining area open up to a lit courtyard with seating for at least six. Around the side, there is a grassy area and raised plantar beds. The living room is equipped with a 50 inch flat screen TV, leather couch and large Pottery Barn Chair. There is cable and WIFI throughout. There is a courtyard outside with outdoor seating and a gas grill.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed with custom made/reclaimed rustic wood furniture and a TV with en suite luxurious master bathroom with full bathtub, walk in shower, built in double sinks and shelves and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and vintage feel en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The third bedroom is perfect for young couples or families with children or an office. It is accessed through the second bedroom and has another queen bed, a twin bed and an optional double air mattress. There is also a desk and chair. All bedrooms have at least one spacious closet and chest of drawers for storage. There are two storage/coat closets downstairs as well.
We are locals who are born and raised in Fort Worth and live in the neighborhood. We walk to the local school every morning. We have a wonderful community of friends and neighbors here and are constantly surprised by Fort Worth's growth in size, cultural family friendly activities and "trendiness" along with appreciating its old endearing Western roots. We are active in the community and many days I do not even drive anywhere, walk my daughter to school, work from home, run on the Trinity Trails, walk to local restaurants or local Barre, pilates, spin or yoga studios for those interested.

We stayed in the home while we were in town to exhibit our cattle at the Ft. Worth Stock Show. The location was perfect! Great communication with owner.
House was perfect for our needs. Had plenty of room for my family and parents. Loved that it was pet friendly so my parents could bring their dog. Convenient to everything and close to my sisters house who we were in town visiting.

The location was perfect for us, and the host was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return!
This was an ideal location for our stay for a family event. The townhouse was exactly as described and provided everything that was needed. It is hard to beat this location for easy access to cultural things and food and drinks.
We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The location was perfect for us! The host was a great communicator and was very sweet the entire time. We had a great trip to Fort Worth and our stay was amazing thanks to this wonderful property!
Really nice property, great location and excellent host. The location could not be better for all that Fort Worth has to offer. Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the cultural district and beyond. Great communication with host with no issues. Highly recommend.
What a perfect place for a large family to stay in! Everything was clean, up-to-date, great location and has all the amenities you need. Thanks for making our stay a wonderful four days in Fort Worth!
Property is nice. Location is very convenient to Dickies, John Justin and the Stockyards. Only slightly negative is the location of second bathroom and the twin bed mattress was not the most comfortable but did not impact our stay or our trip. Would definitely book again!

Perfect for our group!
We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our group and we are so thankful that we were able to use the property while we were in town. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive and helped to make our stay as comfortable as HOME.
The house was nice and clean. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into decorating and making the house feel like home. I stayed there during a horse show and it was the perfect location to get to John Justin arena as well as places to eat, groceries etc. Really enjoyed the stay!

Why they chose this property
There is not a better location than this for being close to Will Rogers and the Stock Show area, Fort Worth's museum district, West 7th Street, Camp Bowie, the historical Northside and Stockyards along with golfing, shopping, and walking along the Trinity Trails.
What makes this property unique
We purchased this house from a family member so there are personal memories there. Most of the furniture was custom built and/or restored by Devin and myself. We have put a lot of love into this house and the community that it is in and are so happy to be able to share it. We have used VRBO for many trips ourselves and have furnished the property with amenities we would look for in our travels.
