Very comfortable apartment in the popular resort of Les Arc 1800, part of the immense Paradiski area. Winter: ski-in ski-out, ideally situated just above the high capacity Transarc gondola ski lift. Ski back to the apartment through the pine trees.
Summer, close to 2 golf courses and 500km of marked walking routes, kayaking, paragliding, extensive mountain biking trails, fishing, tennis and more.
The apartment is in the Archeboc building.
Prices include bed linen and cleaning. You can take your own towels or hire from the agency where you collect your keys.

Fab Location

Great location close to the slopes, lifts and shops/bars. Ski-in, ski-out with a minimal walk. Close to all amenties. Overall, a great location to explore Les Arcs.

We have stayed in a variety of locations in Les arcs. So far this has been the best accommodation and the best value. Easy to find and close to the lifts and amenities.

Nice place to stay!

The triplex is perfectly located, just a few steps away from the center and the ski lifts, yet wonderfully quiet with a view into the green. Some parts of the studio show their age and would do with a little renewal/repair, but overall it doesn't stop you from having a great time!

Fabulous little bolt hole with all the comforts of home in a GREAT location !

We've just returned from a week staying at this beautiful apartment and as soon as we got there, we felt right at home. Every creature comfort is catered for, including a coffee machine, electric oven / grill, satellite TV and even a dishwasher. The full size bath was a bonus after a day on the slopes and the kids loved their 'den' on the second floor. The location is superb, just a couple of minutes walk to the main lifts and the village centre you could not be nearer the action. We were also able to ski to the apartments back door (steps) by following the directions sent by the owners, Paul & Helen. In fact, the info. pack sent by the owners proved invaluable and helped us to get the most out of the area without wasting valuable time. I would recommend this apartment to any one looking for a good value apartment, in a great location at one of Europes top ski resorts... Thank You Paul and Helen - we had a fantastic time in Les Arcs !

Home from Home

A wonderful stay in this very homely apartment. We ski often in Les Arcs - usually staying in 2000 - but we are now converts to 1800. We arrived later than expected but had spoken with the concierge who was very helpful indeed and assured us there would be someone to give us the key. We arrived at the apartment happy to find it was very warm and cosy. Everything was as described and more besides. Paul and Helen had provided lots of useful info prior to our arrival - including where to eat/best ski runs/best places to shop etc. 1800 has so much more going on than 2000 - much more lively on an evening. As always the skiing was superb - I've never been disappointed with the snow in Les Arcs. It is possible to access apartment from the piste - once we found it - once again the info provided gives directions for this. Wonderful stay - we'll be returning and will definitely recommend.

The perfect apartment

We spent the most memorable week here over New Year. The apartment is perfectly located -- close to the lifts, shops/bars and ski school -- and so comfortable: masses of hot water, blankets and a south facing terrace. We were lucky with a very sunny week .. The advice and tips in the information pack were very helpful: We booked skis etc., in advance from Skiset in Aiguille Grive II and bought breakfast at the bakery. We went out to Chez Clarisse on our last night (fab!) and for fondue at La Cabane des Neiges (also amazing), we ate pizza in and went bowling and had a lots of fun on NY Eve .. with the torchlit procession to watch on New Year's Day. All of the care and advice before we arrived was so helpful and meant that we were very well set up when we got to Les Arcs. It really feels like a happy space and Paul and Helen clearly care that people have fun -- that made us feel very relaxed. Truly our best holiday ever and we will return!​ Karen, Laura, Adam and Will

Appartement conforme à la description, confortable et fonctionnel et proche de tous les commerces et des remontées mécaniques. Nous y avons passé un bon moment. Attention : plus d'eau chaude si vous prenez vos douches après 19h (l'eau étant pour tout l'immeuble), ça nous est arrivé 2 fois sur 7 nuits. Le seul bémol a été la propreté, qui n'est pas du fait du propriétaire mais de la société qui gère le ménage. En période de vacances scolaires et sans doute avec peu de temps alloué, on ne peut pas faire de miracles. On a dû repasser l'aspirateur et la il y avait des cheveux à plusieurs endroits dans la salle de bains.

L’appartement est bien situé, à quelques pas du centre animé. Le Triplex permet l’intimité de chacun (parfait pour de jeunes ado) mais l’escalier peut être compliqué pour les tout petits… Les revêtements de sol et la literie ne sont pas très récents mais le niveau qualité prix du logement pour cet été reste très bon.

Agréable séjour

Location très bien située, on peut rentrer à la résidence skis aux pieds en suivant un petit chemin boisé. Les commerces et location de skis sont situés à proximité. Il n'y avait pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle, pour quelques tasses c'est dommage de devoir utiliser le lave-vaisselle (mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail) et les lits sont plein d'acariens et poussière (attention aux personnes allergiques). Excepté ceci, le logement en mode triplex est bien pourvu (nous étions 4 adultes) La remise des clés se fait simplement à la conciergerie située dans la station et très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Super bien placé pour les cours de ski esi

L'appartement est idéalement placé pour les cours enfants de l'esi, pistes de ski au pieds de l'immeuble qui est en retrait du centre et donc très calme. Le centre est néanmoins à 2mn à pieds. Facile d'accès. L'appartement en lui même est bien mais attention aux escaliers très raides et étroit, assez dangereux avec un enfant en bas âge. Sinon le Triplex est agreable.

This is our second stay at Paul and Helens beautiful apartment and definitely not our last. It's beautifully equipped with everything you could wish for to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The full size bath is a dream after spending a day on the slopes and the dishwasher takes care of the household chores. The apartment is centrally located, just a two minute walk from the village centre and you can ski literally to the door of the block. Les Arcs 1800 is a great resort for all standards of skier, and caters for non-skiers as well. We will definitely be back !

Compact, well equipped apartment; Eurostar easy.

Several years visiting Les Arcs & this apartment- now it's not little kids being careful on the stairs, it's big kids being happy with the wi-fi access box. The apartment is compact, well equipped, updated in some aspect every year, with Ski Set close by for hire and a great shop for bread in the mornings (plus some groceries & pizza) there as well. We travel by Eurostar and David, the on-site host for Paul & Helen, is always close by when I get to his office from the funicular & bus, especially if I've texted en route. Great for walking as well as skiing, with lots of new additions in recent years, Arc 1800 just keeps improving- which is why we've already booked for Xmas (in the first week of January).

Très bon emplacement, calme,

Nous avons apprécié le fait de faire 20 m puis de chausser les skis et de revenir les skis au pied. L'appartement est classique pour un appartement de ski mais bien équipé. A noter que ce ne sont pas des chambres fermées mais des mezzanines, attention pour celle du haut, très peu de hauteur. Il est très propre, l'accueil est sympa, c'est très calme et familial (durant notre séjour). Paul et Helen ont été très rapides à répondre et les indications étaient claires. Il ne manque que quelques "tutorials" pour le chauffage, le lave-vaisselle, la TV, mais ce ne sont que des détails. Je recommande donc vivement !!!

Great Mountain Biking Base

We've stayed in this appartment for the last 3 years to take advantage of the fantastic mountain biking in Les Arcs. The Appartment is ideally placed and right next to Transarc which is the highest lift to some of the best Biking trails you'll find in the Alps. Paul is very helpful and good communications throughout, Couldn't make the stay easier. The appartment is clean and spacious (only two of us). Parking in the summer is an absolute doddle. We've always found a place near the appt to park. The balcony is perfect for putting the bikes togther after the flight and secure overnight. Thanks for a great stay. Recommended for summer Biking.

Great little apartment close to the lifts

The location of this apartment is fantastic as it's close to the main town and Trans Arc lift. It's clean, small but well formed and all the essentials covered (don't forget towels!) so perfect for families/couples. The kitchenette is very well stocked and we even cooked in one night. Paul was extremely helpful and accommodating during the entire booking process and a pleasure to deal with. If back in Les Arcs which I'm sure we will be, we would happily rent with Paul again.

Lovely apartment, great location

We had a fantastic week in this lovely apartment, it has everything you could need and is in a good location. Paul and Helen couldn't have been more helpful and their instructions and helpful hints were great. We will be back next year and would highly recommend the apartment and Les Arcs

We have owned our apartment for 13 seasons and are very proud that our guests have a great time when they visit. We go skiing twice a year and walk/ mountain bike in the summer.
We love the fact we don't have to walk more than a few paces to the slopes, the immense ski area, linked with La Plagne, and the south facing balcony.
