About this property
Spectacular views across the pool to mountains and historic village.
Casa delle Vigne is a beautiful detached farmhouse set in the rolling hills of Le Marche. It was lovingly restored to a modern yet traditional standard and has a new kitchen extension which has wonderful views over the private pool. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms for when it gets too hot. There is a shaded outside terraced eating area with breathtaking views stretching across vineyards for al fresco eating with the spectacular Sibilini Mountains on one side and the picturesque, nearby village of Patrignone on the other. The private swimming pool (open May to September) is surrounded by travertine marble, with sunbeds and parasols. There is a decked shaded area with outdoor sofa & chairs for when the sun gets too much, where a hammock sways in the trees. Inside is a comfortable lounge with a corner sofa, TV with Netflix, a good selection of DVD's and games are available and a bluetooth speaker.
There is a home working desk & office chair available.
The local village is only 10 minutes walk away and has a good supermarket and bar/restaurant. The town of Montalto is 5 minutes drive and has all amenities such as a bank, pharmacy and restaurants/bars. T
We feel that our house offers the best of both worlds. Essentially a rural location but with a village only a 10 minute walk away and the coast a 30 minute drive. Please take a look at the drove video. See us on Instagram casa_delle_vigne

About the host
Hosted by Diane

We live in Cambridge UK with our son who was born in the year 2000. We both work but like to travel as much as possible and we first visited Italy in 2003. We came across Le Marche whilst looking for an unspoilt area in which to buy a property.
Why they chose this property
Our first holiday in Italy was to Tuscany and it was here that we decided we wanted to buy a house for restoration. We looked around a few areas and eventually decided on Le Marche because it wasn't too developed and had great variety such as coast, mountains and beautiful countryside.
What makes this property unique
The main reason we chose the house is because it is private but situated a few minutes walk from the local village and it has the most amazing views if the Sibilini Mountains. There is the village church in the distance on one side and vineyards on the other. The main town is only 5 minutes drive away and the coast 30 minutes. We think it has the best of both worlds without being too remote. Please take a look at the video.
