Your Premier Membership gives you full access to all of the resort beach clubs: Kupuri, El Surf, Sufi, and Pacifico beach clubs, as well as the St. Regis, amazing restaurants, golf, tennis, and more. Plus, your very own concierge service that caters to your every whim. Of course daily cleaning is included and even a chef for fresh breakfast served daily!

This newly renovated luxurious beachfront ground level home can accommodate up to eight guests, in style. 4000 ft of flowing indoor/ outdoor living space with three large bedrooms (2 of which are masters) and a fourth room with comfortable bunk beds. A gorgeous, very large, heated pool, is located at your footsteps, along with one of the top beaches in all of Punta Mita, and certainly one of the best surf breaks for beginners and beyond.

Its proximity to town and restaurants along the water makes it super convenient to walk into town or up the beach behind your home, or hop on our 6-8 seater golf cart that's included with the rental, at no additional cost. Easily find groceries, wines, and great breakfast, lunch and dinner spots with amazing views, all of which are family friendly.

Enjoy all sorts of modern amenities including brand new large flat screen TV's, fiber optic internet, Apple TV with access to Netflix, brand new air conditioning units, wifi, washer, dryer, and luxury toiletries. Unit even has a nespresso machine (pods can be purchased in local market), as well as a new BBQ, should you want our concierge to pick you up some fresh fish from the local market.

Master bedroom with king bed opens up to pool and beach. Second master bedroom also has king bed, and like first master, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and TV. Third bedroom has two queens and TV plus a full bath with shower. All bedrooms have impressive crisp linens and luxury pillows.

Also, property is right next to Hacienda De Mita Beach Club, which features another spectacular pool and jacuzzi right on the beach, as well as massages, drinks and food.

All sorts of activities nearby: sport fishing, surfing, kayaking, biking, boogie boarding, stand up paddle, horse back riding, leisurely strolls on the beach or just relaxing under a beach palapa with a crisp margarita or ice cold beer.

Charter a boat to the beautiful Marietas Islands where you can snorkel in the warm waters and see all sorts of colorful reef fish, sea turtles and manta rays, and even whales during certain times of the year. Our units do have a strict 8 person limit policy. NO EXCEPTIONS, adults and children (even infants) count as one person.

Incredible location and accommodations

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The hacienda is fantastic and the maid/breakfast service made the entire stay relaxing. We loved the proximity to the gate and "town" shops and restaurants and thought the beach off the condo was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great property with a great location. Breakfast by the cook was best meal of the day. We almost had to extend due to travel delays and owner was very quick to respond and work with us - lucky to get home on time.

Amazing!

Perfect place to stay with a family. Great waves for surfing right outside our villa. The accommodations were beautiful and clean. Quick 2 minute walk outside the gate to delicious restaurants on the beach. We will stay here every time!

Perfect locstion

Nice clean and spacious condo in a superb location. Patio opens onto pool, lawn and beach. Right next to the beach club and a minute from the entrance to the local village with shops and restaurants. Good management team - communicated and organized well. All around great rental.

Great place! From the porch you can see or walkout to the pool or beach/ocean. The Ocean is beautiful and the surf break fantastic. The 2 masters are also really nice. AC works great!It right near town - so it’s awesome location because you don’t here town, and there is a locked door separating the property from town - but it’s easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. We will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hacienda de Mita. This unit is in a very good location right on the beach, next to the beach club and steps from town through the security gate. The host was very nice and our concierge did a wonderful job making sure our stay was very enjoyable.

Ground floor condos are a must and this one did not disappoint. All rooms were beautiful and spacious. The ability to walk out to the pool and beach was perfect. Beach Front Oasis

Best location in Hacienda De Mita. Ocean and pool front. Walk out your door to enjoy the pool. Amazing views of the ocean. Also enjoyed walkability to Town and restaurants. Adrianna was lovely the daily housekeeping kept everything tidy! We had a wonder trip and will certainly return.

fabulous family vacation setup!

We were so pleased with our stay at Corey's place in Punta Mita! The condo is spacious, clean, and beautiful, and it is right on the beach. My teens surfed every morning. The concierge and housekeeper/cook made the stay so relaxing for us (and the breakfasts were amazing!) and were very responsive to our wishes and questions. We would definitely recommend!

World class location and amenities

The location of this place truly couldn't be better. Right next to town but behind the Punta Mita gates and the property manager is amazing. Note that the bunk bed bedroom isn't actually a bedroom. It's the laundry room and it gets pretty hot. We ended up just moving those mattresses into the other bedrooms which are massive. Even with that, we would 100% plan to come here again.

FAVORITE HDM PROPERTY I HAVE STAYED AT!

I have been been renting at Hacienda De Mita for years and this unit is by far my favorite unit yet. If given the option, I would stay here every time. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was beyond helpful. The location was A+++ and we loved having a corner unit with a bit more privacy. I can't recommend it enough.

Wonderful family vacation

The property is beautiful, excellent location. Easy walk to Punta Mita town for amazing restaurants. Loved being able to walk out and be right on the beach and pool area. Very easy working with Adriana who set up all our dinner reservations and was always available to answer questions. Betty made the best breakfasts every morning. The community is gorgeous and safe, easy travel with golf cart. And the beach clubs were a lot of fun. Kupuri Beach club was our favorite. Lots of beach chairs, great pools, fun waves, delicious food.

Nice place but loud.

This property is clean, nice, and in a good location. Unfortunately, there was very very loud construction (jack hammering) in the building making it not possible to relax during the day. I understand these things happen, but my disappointment is that we were not notified in advance this would be going on - the people renting the place next door were advised before booking about the construction. Our owner said he would make it right but we never heard anything from him.

Great Unit and Location

We loved our stay at Hacienda de Mita. This ground floor unit is perfect for kids to easily walk out to the pool and beach. We loved the proximity to town as we were able to walk over to the restaurants and market super easily. We liked being next to the Hacienda de Mita pool. There are servers there and a little bar if you want to order something. This unit was perfect for two families with children. The main bedrooms work great for a "double master" situation and kids can be in the third bedroom. I would not count on the 4th bedroom to be very functional, it's more of a laundry room. Our housekeeper was amazing. We were so impressed by the breakfast every morning and her cleaning was thorough and we loved not worrying about dishes or tidying up. The beach clubs in punta mita were easy to get to by golf cart and were kid friendly but would also be enjoyable as adults only. We liked the Pacifico club the most. Highly recommend booking chef Erik's team for a dinner or two. It was delicious! We would definitely return to this complex and this unit.

Punta Mita May 6-13, 2023 - Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time at Hacienda de Mita 102 with a wonderful ocean view! The owner Corey was great to work with. The location was perfect … we just walked out to the condo pool and had it to ourselves or the beach right in front and you are right next to the village with some great restaurants and nearby grocery shopping that you can walk to or take the golf cart if grocery shopping. We did rent a second golf cart for our size group and we just scooted around to the various beach clubs! Sufi’s Ocean Club was probably our favorite as we had it to ourselves and it was beautiful, but we also really enjoyed both Kupuri and Pacifico Beach Clubs. The men enjoyed both golf courses (they are pricey, but you are in Punta Mita)! We also enjoyed the spa at St. Regis. We hired a chef for several dinners which worked out well for us. We also rented needed baby items in advance and they were there when we arrived, clean and in good shape! The conceirge Adriana was great to work with setting things up in advance. It was just a wonderful, relaxing family vacation with our adult kids and seven month old granddaughter. We were in a group of seven. We are all ready to go back again! Thank you Corey!

Great Family Trip

We had a magnificent stay in 102.The unit is great. It is decorated well, seemed fresh and clean and feels bigger than anticipated. The property is very nice, well maintained and was tranquil. Great, clean beach right out front with no chairs and umbrellas set up, unless a guest set it up, which no one did. Getting in the ocean there is a bit rocky, but is accessible. Unfortunately, the waves out front were micro when we were there but would be an excellent righthander if it was working. It was simple to head out to snorkel around and on a SUP to cruise around, and actually some whales swim right by when out. Seeing them never gets old.It is super convenient to walk into town to kick around, shop and eat at the various very good restaurants – they are not inexpensive anymore. The town is small, low key, clean, safe and we were not bombarded by people trying to sell us goods or services. The unit had a grill which we used two nights to cook fish we caught and steaks we bought on the way in at La Comer in Bucerias (La Comer surprised me. It is a big store well stocked with quality produce, meat, fish, etc. – bring bags for your groceries).We also selected one of the in-home chef offerings. Man, that was a great choice. They made appetizers, excellent drinks and an incredible dinner. Perhaps the best meal of the trip. And of course, they cleaned everything up. Yes, there was access to the beach clubs and the golfcart. Sylvia made beautiful and delicious breakfasts!

Great stay but some hidden fees

You can’t beat the location (on the water) and inside the compound gates. The photos online are accurate, the condo is spacious and modern. The provided breakfast is a ton of food and great. Beware, groceries are quite expensive. The 6-seater golf cart was a bit hard to back up and steer but nonetheless, quite nice a cart is provided. One surprising thing to note are the fees as you check out. It is expected you pay cash tip for the concierge and housekeeper. For any services you book through the concierge as well as groceries you order (you have to also pay for groceries needed for the breakfasts) there is a 15% tax as well as a 16% service fees AS WELL AS a 4% fee if you pay the final charges with a credit card. When we asked what all the service fees (15 & 16%) were for, we were told to help pay for the resort and workers at Hacienda De Mita. This is the first I have ever had to pay HOAs of sorts for a rental. Frustrating to get hit with unexpected fees at the end of the trip. That said, the condo is great and I recommend.

another enjoyable trip to punta mita

Have stayed in Hacienda de Mita the last few times we visited punta mita. Such a wonderful place; inside the gates with access to the various beach clubs, while at the same time close enough to the main village to walk to almost everything. This unit in Hacienda was on the ground floor, which I love for its easy access to the pool. It was also the closest unit towards the HDM beach club. This was both good and bad. The good is you are very close walking distance to the beach club and the gate to town; the bad is since you are so close to the beach club and there are plantings between you and the beach club to create privacy, it also means that your water views in towards downtown PV are cut off and you tend to get a closed in feeling. The other aspect I didn't care for about this unit is it was advertised as being able to park your golf cart in the spaces next to the beach club. Fernando the local HDM enforcer came to tell me very clearly that I could not do that. I reached out to concierge for our unit about this and they never got back with me. I will definitely stay in HDM in the future however it will likely be a different unit.

Great Spring Break Experience

This unit is the BEST of all Hacienda de Mita. The ground floor location and its proximity to the downtown can not be beat. It is perfectly clean, well decorated and everything works as it should. The housekeeper is amazing. She is an excellent cook, kept the unit organized and clean and a good communicator. The only negative is about the "concierge" that Hacienda de Mita provides. She, Adriana, did not contact us until the owner had to communicate with her twice. Communication via email was strained and confusing (perhaps her English is not sufficient?) When we checked in, she was not there to greet us or show us around, there were merely keys and maps on the entryway table. When she finally came by the next day to introduce herself, she still did little as far as orienting us. When we had issues with the TV, she did not attend to us until two days later when we had to reach out to her again. Check out process was a disaster. Overall, the concierge seems incompetent and lacks basic customer service skills.
