Hi Kevin , thanks for the review . If you close the shutters at night time it blocks out all the light so I don’t really know what you mean

thanks for your review and were really glad you enjoyed your stay, The problem regarding the sunbeds happens every year, as people reserve beds which isn't allowed . I will definitely look into providing 2 beds for the sole use of our guests. regards Hilary

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, particularly as guest comfort is extremely important to us. We would like to clarify a few points for accuracy. The property is an apartment, not a villa, and it is equipped with air conditioning units in every room, all of which include heating and dehumidifier functions. These systems have consistently proven to be effective for maintaining a comfortable temperature and preventing moisture, as reflected in the many positive reviews from previous guests. We also provide an extra dehumidifier for guests to use in the bathrooms to ensure that these areas also stay dry. During your stay, we experienced one of the wettest winters on record, with consecutive storms and unusually high humidity levels across the region. While this created challenging conditions everywhere, we were unfortunately not made aware of any concerns regarding heating or mould at the time. We regularly checked in with you via both VRBO and WhatsApp to ensure everything was satisfactory, and did not receive any indication that there were issues. Had we been informed, we would have acted immediately, providing additional heating and addressing any signs of moisture or mould the same day. We also understand that you mentioned becoming unwell during your stay. While we are sorry to hear this, seasonal illnesses such as colds and flu were very common in the area during this period and affected many people, including ourselves. There is no indication that this was related to the property. We take all feedback seriously, but we can only resolve issues when they are communicated to us during the stay. We regret that we were not given the opportunity to assist you in real time and improve your experience. We wish you all the best moving forward.

Thanks for your review , sorry about the noise . I was not aware there was ongoing noise . I thought work stopped during the holiday months . It must mean July and August

I did not know there was a problem with the shutters , they have always closed securely. You should have let me know Will check with current guests . I cannot meet guests with the keys as I live in the UK . Lisa meets and greats for me

We're sorry to find that you had issues upon arrival with locating the building and accessing it! As we send the same generic information pack to all our guest, this is the first time someone has had a problem with access. With regards to the Shower, we spoke over the phone and i explained that perhaps the water pressure had been increased for this to occur. This was resolved once you decreased the shower pressure. We do have our drains checked regularly. We also spoke about the WIFI issues on the same phone call. We apologised for this and allowed you to access our personal WIFI for the duration of your stay. This is the first time in all our years on the marina, renting our apartment, that we have only received two stars. It's very upsetting. We feel that we did the best we could to resolve all the issues you presented us with.
