We are 19 minutes from sassafras winery and downtown Dickson street, the heart of Fayetteville. The stay was amazing. The host have a beautiful home and were very kind. I really like the location as it is on the outskirts of Fayetteville so you have all the benefits of being by the big city but the peace of a country house.

An amazing place to stay. It is far enough out of town that you don't have to deal with the Fayetteville traffic but close enough to spontaneously drive in. The perfect place for a calm weekend. Check out and check in were very simple. And the host is a great communicator!

The high stress friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. I found the apt clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water for the shower. I would recommend highly. The one thing that was a bit substandard was the internet. It was weak and would shut down from time to time. I was there to ride so it didn’t matter to me.

Great spot for gravel biking!

It was a perfect get away spot at a reasonable price! I ended up finding some great gravel biking routes starting in Goshen. The hosts are very nice and I really enjoyed meeting them. I will be back if I am in Arkansas again!

The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with incidentals . The furnishings were attractive and minimalist - which we appreciated. The mattress was great!! It is a little ways from town but the country roads are worth driving the extra time on. Perfect for our needs. We stayed 10 days 😃

We were in the area for daughter’s graduation from college. Bud Walton arena was about 5 miles away. Easy drive, cottage was in quiet neighborhood near a fishing lake. Very comfortable!

Perfect for my needs

I have started a new job in Fayetteville and needed a place to stay while waiting for the close of our new house. This little spot has been perfect. The host was friendly and helpful. This one bedroom, one bath was just what was needed for a few weeks. It is close enough to the main part of town to run and get whatever I needed, and far enough that I didn't have to deal with the noise, traffic, and college students.

Perfect rural getaway.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. I stayed with my son for his baseball tournament. It worked for us well. Would be better suited for a couple looking to enjoy the local lake rivers and other outdoorsy attractions. 10 minutes to grocery store gas stations and restaurants. 30 minutes from downtown Fayetteville.

This a pretty quiet country neighborhood, there are many different routes to take to go to town and are close to the lake and river. But we are not far from town.
