This beautifully appointed villa offers an exceptional standard of comfort, style, and privacy. Elegantly designed and furnished throughout, the villa features a generous front tiled patio with a private swimming pool, heated during the winter months, surrounded by four sun loungers and a built-in BBQ with a dedicated outdoor seating area overlooking the pool. The patio enjoys uninterrupted sunshine from sunrise to sunset and also includes a shaded alfresco dining area with an umbrella, perfect for relaxed outdoor dining. To the rear of the property, a covered pergola provides a tranquil retreat with comfortable seating. Our two-bedroom villa consists of a king-size bedroom with ample storage space, blackout curtains and doors leading out to the pool, the twin bedroom with two single beds has ample storage space, blackout curtains with doors leading to the pergola, there are two bathrooms, one includes double sinks, bath/over shower. If required we also have a travel cot & highchair free of charge.

High-speed fibre Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with a full selection of English channels, sports channels, box sets, films and Netflix ensure modern convenience and entertainment. Free parking is available directly outside the villa.

The town beaches are beautiful and safe to enjoy. For a scenic coastal walk into town, you can start at Corralejo’s own Popcorn Beach, just a 5-minute stroll from Casa Bernice.

The Campanario Centre is just a six -minute walk away, offering an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, boutiques, a large HiperDino supermarket which includes a fresh meat & fish counter, weekly local markets are held twice a week and also there is a taxi rank.
