The perfect vacation!

Fantastic stay at the Banyan! Our family of four loved the pool, outdoor patio and the privacy of the neighborhood! Everything was spectacular from the kitchen to the bedding and towels. Sean the agent was fantastic to work with. The house was the perfect location. It was an awesome and flawless vacation....especially with our first post covid vacation. Would love to return!

Beautiful tropical retreat

We recently stayed at this property for our Spring Break, and had such a wonderful time. The house was beautifully appointed but also very comfortable. Sean made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay, even stocking the house with a delicious cheese platter and soft drinks prior to our arrival. The house was extremely spacious, and the upstairs master bedroom was a delightful private retreat! My kids enjoyed splashing in the private pool, and I enjoyed relaxing in the lovely backyard. We definitely plan to return!

Beautiful home away from home

This is a beautiful home with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces. Definitely a splurge in regards to price. It is a QUIET residential neighborhood (outdoor music by pool not liked by neighbors) but worked for us just fine. Amenities abound and owners very responsive. Our first time in this area. Rented a golf cart for young adults to ride to beach and shops. Traffic during peak season was steady but manageable. Access to airport, downtown and beaches was ideal. Thank you for all the dining, shopping and entertainment suggestions. Would love to return and rent from Altez

Awesome house! Very close to town and short drive to the beaches. Incredible outdoor patio area with firepit and grill for cooking. Great heated pool with toys. Most everything was provided to make it feel like home. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a carrying cart, beach towels, beach toys, a cooler, etc. It was great. Some things to make sure you have are shampoo, conditioner and soap. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The Banyan was a terrific spot for me and 5 friends to enjoy a very laid back long weekend. House is equipped with everything (sound system, pool toys and sunblock, beach cruisers, tons of linens, tableware etc etc) and was very clean on our arrival. Sean was reachable before and during our stay. Easy driving distance to Publix and downtown SRQ. House itself is gorgeous and well constructed. Loved it!

Very comfortable, beautifully furnished and well stocked. The attention to detail both inside and outside made our stay very enjoyable. Only wish the pool was heated.

During the summer months, it is not necessary to heat the pool as it is the perfect temperature. With that said, I will certainly pass along your comments. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in very good shape, well equipped & furnished, & in a great location on Siesta Key with good access both to Sarasota & the Siesta beaches & village. Sean Altez was very responsive & helpful. The weather was terrific for February. This is an expensive rental, but well worth the price!
