2 Master Suites Beach Villa with Heated Pool/Spa Private Community

Reviews on homeaway.COM. Our Villa (detached house) is nestled in a very private deed restricted community. Our Villa boasts four bedrooms (two of them suites) and a den, besides the great room with huge vaulted ceilings, the very large kitchen, separate dining area and a Den. A heated swimming Pool/Spa on the covered Lanai & private garden + fruit trees. It has all the needed amenities such as 3 full bathrooms, a washer/dryer room, PC + High Speed Internet, phone Cable etc. Every room has large screen plasma TV/DVD Player. Under 4 miles to the Beach (actual feet in the sand), and just 3.2 miles to 5th Avenue South. All else is walk to. Everything provided even beach lounges.

We have recently upgraded the home again!

Subzero built in 48 inch side by side refrigerator, GE monogram PRO double ovens, Wolfe 36 inch cooktop, European Bosh dishwasher, are the appliances.

The kitchen cabinetry was custom made just for us on the spot. Two tone with white uppers with chocolate glaze, and cherry lowers. The cabinets are taller for comfort and there are only deep drawers so no need to get on the floor to dig for lower pots and pans. Adorning the cabinetry is exotic granite (called TajMahal).

The home is professionally decorated and contains many pierces of commissioned art, and antiques.

Some of the designer names you will find in our home include, Ralph Lauren, Armani Casa, Theodore Alexander, Maitland Smith, Christopher Guy, Marge Carson, Century custom made Top leather seating, Baker, Robb & Stucky and more. There is crystal by Swarovski, Waterford, and Mouth blown Italian crystal. The lighting both inside and out was done by a famous lighting artist.

Custom Italian floors, Imported front entrance medallion, Spanish imported tile works, custom lighting by one of the premier lighting artists in Naples.

Get away

It was a great mini getaway during these wacky times. Anything you needed was on the property and if you wished to venture off many amenities were provided also. From towels to floats to golf clubs. All was available.

My wife and I are Americans. Both borne in Europe came to the US as children. Over the decades that followed, we built a life here, we had a son and we wanted to make sure he knew where he came from. We returned to Portugal (my birth place) after 36 years of absence only to find it as lovely as ever. While vacationing in the Vilamoura area we decided to purchase a beach apartment to use while in Portugal. We love our place. My son calls it the yellow beach house. As Americans we are perhaps a bit spoiled so it follows that our place is decorated with the best furnishings we could find. Since PT is so far from NY we also have an amazing villa in Naples Florida just a short distance from the beach with huge double master suites and well. We like comfort. Cheers, Paul and Dagmar.

Why they chose this property

Our place in Portugal is wonderful but far away so we struggle with finding time to visit. Our Florida home is amazing and we can drop by anytime. Our Villa is near everything and we either walk or bicycle to most places. Frankly we hardly ever leave our community because when we go there we just want to relax and sun by the wonderful swimming pool. We go to the beach only a few times on any given week and go early in the morning when it is coolest. Our clubhouse is wonderful. The three of us go bike riding everyday just in the community and it is a very peaceful and fun thing to do. We barbecue every day. We have never used our stove and the cook top only for tea. Cooking on the flame makes food taste better and be a lot healthier. It’s the “Boa Vida” (The Good life).

It's Naples Florida on the Gulf. The area is called the "The Paradise Coast". What else is there to say. Come see for yourself. Be just down the road from the beach, even closer to 5th Av South, you will enjoy an unbelievable array of amenities, like Sauna, Head Spa with Jets and air blower, personal heated pool, huge communal pool to hobnob and do laps. First class home with absolutely top of the line decorations and furnishings. Vaulted ceilings and every comfort you can imagine, then there is golfing, and tennis (all equipment provided) and the beach (all equipment also provided) and the art galleries and shopping and dining and cruises and so much to do in the area. Then back to the amazing villa for fresh fruit from the custom personal gardens and rest on the Egyptian cotton sheets.
