This villa is ideally located in a safely gated, quiet cul-de-sac, just off Seven Dwarfs Lane and 192 Set in a sprawling conservation area with beautiful lakes and wooded areas but still only 6 miles from the famous Walt Disney World.

At Veranda Palms, you will feel as though you have entered a country estate yet still be within minutes of restaurants, shows, jet skiing, tennis, golf, great shopping and an abundance of family fun. Choose from a huge variety of activities on your doorstep:

Lakeside beach volleyball, visit the Florida of the 1800’s in the adjoining Shingle Creek Reserve, explore miles of Nature Trails, try your hand at kayaking or canoeing or simply relax with a book on the pavilion in the midst of the beautiful orange groves.

The Veranda Palms resort have recently added brand new clubhouse on the resort with a fantastic communal pool and children's water-slides. There is also a fully equipped gym in the clubhouse that is free for all guests to use

Why they chose this property

We love Florida, in particular the Orlando area because of the entertainment and the attractions that can be had in no other place in the world in such close proximity. Our Villa is right in the heart of it and is less than 15 minutes from Disney. Veranda Palms is a new community and we built the home from plan, which was completed in November 2010. Buying from plan enabled us to design an ideal luxury vacation home for our families and others to enjoy, paying attention to every detail to ensure its the vacation of a lifetime every year. We picked this plot because of the lake view and south facing pool and spa. The house is our home from home so we only hire outside the family 6-8 weeks a year to ensure that it is looked after. It contains everything you'll need; from boosters to blenders, and we love it there.

The property has high tech equipment throughout, with free Wi-Fi, Sony Internet TVs, Blu-ray players, PlayStation 3 Video game, TV and DVD in every bedroom. The games room includes a 7' pool table, foosball table, air hockey table and darts board. There is also car seats and boosters, strollers, a high chair and travel cot for you to use throughout your stay. There is also a gas BBQ Grille in the outdoor dining area. Whether you are a large extended family group, two or more families sharing, a group of golfers or maybe a smaller group wishing to indulge yourselves with the very best in vacation accommodation, our high tech, family friendly luxurious vacation home has everything and more that you might need for the perfect Florida vacation.
