About this property

Albir is a popular holiday resort situated close to Altea on Spain's Costa Blanca It has grown from a small community in the last few years into a great holiday destination. Albir beach is pebbly with clear water and has been awarded the blue flag of the European Community for the quality of its water. The esplanade attracts everybody for pleasant strolls along the seafront. Albir offers plenty of bars and restaurants with live music and entertainment in the evenings so there is usually something for everyone to enjoy. Res Estibaliz is a private residential community based in town centre but with secure gardens and pool providing a peaceful environment for your holiday. The pool and gardens are maintained to a high standard providing comfortable areas for sun bathing and swimming. The lovely beach is a mere 10 min stroll away past the shops and restaurants in this peaceful cosmopolitan town. Wonderful views of the mountain ranges are provided on one of the balconies.

Koselig Albir.

Veldig dårlig utstyr som kniver på kjøkkenet. Måtte kjøpe knivsliper. Stekepanne ubrukelig. Måtte bære propanflaske å bytte å betale selv. Alt for kort glassvegg i dusjen,vannet rant ut på gulvet å toalettet ble bløtt. Fint område i hage å veldig sentealt. Alt for kostbar leilighet. Ca 9000 for meget i mnd ift andre leiligheter vi så da vi var i Albir.

Leuke locatie

De locatie is prima, het huis was netjes. En het contact met de eigenaar goed. Wat wij erg vervelend vonden was het feit dat Sian die de sleutel overdracht deed, zeer onvriendelijk was, ze zal er vast een goede rede voor hebben gehad. Door dat de taxi laat was en het erg druk was op de weg ook nog een ongeluk gebeurd. Werd de sleutel in mijn handen gedrukt en weg was ze. We moesten het verder zelf maar uitzoeken. We hebben dit als heel vervelend ervaren. Gelukkig had de eigenaar een uitgebreide beschrijving gemaild.

Perfect appartment at a perfect spot

I am a frequent visitor of this area, I normally stay in Benidorm. This was the second time in Albir, what a perfect location is this appartment! Very close to restaurants, supermarket, bars and the playa. The appartment itself was very lovely and the kitchen is wel equiped. We enjoyed it very much, there´s only one thing wich could be improved. The two single beds on de ground floor are not comfortable, and could use some improvement. Martin, thanks for the lovely stay!

Séjour excellent, en toute sérénité...

La résidence est calme (même à la piscine, les gens sont respectueux des autres), bien placée, très propre. L'appartement est assez grand, très bien équipé et Martin le propriétaire très méticuleux: un dossier pdf de plusieurs pages est fourni quelques jours avant la remise des clefs, ce qui rend l'arrivée rassurante. L'accueil se fait par Sian (la femme de ménage sur place, qui est très gentille et disponible pour tout renseignement). Martin est aussi joignable si soucis ou questions. Recommandé à 200%!!!!!

I love the pool and most days it is like having your own pool in your garden.

We eat out every night as the restaurants are very good and reasonbly priced.

Over the years we have many fun packed holidays in Albir watching our kids grow up and meeting many good friends.

Why they chose this property

We bought the apartment due to all the family loving the sea and sun and thought we would benefit over the years having somewhere of our own.

albir has good warm temperature all year round and is central to all major towns and villages for exploring.
