500 m beach Morgat and all shops
large living room with lounge (flat screen tv)
fully fitted and well equipped open kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave)
1 bedroom with 160x200 bed
1 bedroom with 140x190 bed
separate toilet
bathroom with Italian shower and towel dryer
storeroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board
large garage with ping-pong table
floor heating if needed
1 large south terrace with 2 sunbeds, lounge and parasol

Hormis le temps (la météo) qui n'était pas au top, le reste a été super ! La presqu'île de Crozon et ses environs est un endroit à visiter et la maison que nous avons louée est idéalement située pour cela. L'accueil des propriétaires et leur aide pendant les vacances étaient un plus.

Maison récente, très bien agencée et très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut. 2 terrasses avec table, l'une côté cuisine, l'autre côté séjour et très beau terrain avec un autre coin repas, celui-ci à l'abri. Propriétaires très sympathiques et arrangeants. Location à recommander.

Idéalement situé

Maison de construction récente, très agréable et fonctionnelle, très bien située. On peut tout faire à pied (courses, plage, restaurants...). La propriété est au calme, un peu en retrait du centre ville. Jardin et terrasse très agréables. Et propriétaire très sympathique ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Wir haben uns in dem Haus super wohl gefühlt. Es ist neu, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es liegt nah zum Zentrum von Morgat, so dass man sowohl zum Einkaufen als auch abends kein Auto benötigt. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Internetanschluß.

Sehr schönes und neues Ferienhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küchenecke, 2 Terrassen, Bad mit Dusche, extra WC, Garage, großer Garten. Alles neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wenige Gehminuten bis nach Morgat mit vielen Restaurants und Kajakverleih. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Sehr nette Gastgeber!
