Villa Ashra is a luxury detached family villa designed in the traditional Egyptian Nubian style set in beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking a lagoon and golf course and easy access to all amenities. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it also boasts 2 domed and 2 Vaulted ceilings, it is fully furnished and fully equipped. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience. With its sun terrace, gardens, private pool and outdoor shower the villa caters for all needs. Dowtown and El Gouna Marinas have a variety of bars, restaurant's and shopping which are easily accessible by TokTok or by foot. El Gouna is a gated community with its own 24 hour security throughout ensuring your safety. The resort offers Red Sea diving, world class Kite Surfing a PGA golf course and is virtually guaranteed all year around sunshine.

Villa Ashra is owned by an English family who fell in love with the area and the culture. Purchased in 2007 we have furnished the villa to provide a welcoming environment to meet the needs of all, young and old.
What makes this property unique
Our Villa Ashra is in the unique Red Sea resort community of El Gouna, located on North Golf over looking a lagoon and the14th Hole of the championship Golf course. The North Golf area has fantastic views and is very secluded which ensures your privacy.
You can enjoy the sun all day as it rises early on the pool side of the property and is there until late afternoon/early evening when you can retire to the sun terrace with your glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunset.
Villa Ashra has a large paved area around the pool which has 2 seating areas, one with an overhead fan, 6 x sun beds, you can sun bath around the pool or around the sea water lagoon which is land locked adding to your privacy.
While the villa is in a very quiet location it is 8 minutes walk to Tamir Henna (The old part of town) where the closest bars and restaurants are where you can get live music every evening.
The villa caters for all types of groups weather you are a couple on honeymoon, a family holiday or even a boys or girls week away.
