Villa in a quiet location, all on one level,stunning views, equipped to high standard, 1 double bedroom with queensize bed, ensuite, ceiling fan, hairdryer. 2 twin bedrooms, large lounge with sofa bed, log burner, TV, WIFI, DVD, ceiling fan. Family bathroom, separate toilet. Modern well equipped kitchen, electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast table. High chair and cot supplied.
Paved area around 10 x 5 metre pool, 1.5 metres deep, sunloungers, BBQ, large terrace for eating and drinking alfresco. Off road parking for three cars. All bed linen can be supplied. Peret has a restaurant, a Thai takeaway, and a pizza takeaway. There is a village shop serving most of your needs.The nearest main towns are Clermont L'Herault, and Pezanas, both within 15-20 mins drive, both have numerous restaurants, Nearest airport is Montpellier. Within 35 mins. drive to the coast

Why they chose this property

We spent holidays in the area, and loved the slow pace of life, walking to the shop in the morning for our fresh bread and croissants, stopping and chatting to the locals in the village, who are very welcoming. Having lunch on the terrace, with a lovely cold glass of wine and taking in the views and watching the birds of prey gliding on the thermals. The afternoon spent reading by the pool and enjoying the sunshine, swimming in the pool for a refreshing cool down. Walking to the restaurant in the evening, saves all the bother of cooking, and having a nightcap on the terrace before bed, enjoying all the twinkling lights in the distance. On clear nights the sky is amazing and being at the top of the village the skys are big! We feel very privileged to own such a lovely villa and would like to share this special space.

What makes this property unique

The villa is designed with the main bedroom and ensuite being separate from the other 2 bedrooms, which gives privacy if staying with family. The ensuite is a wet room and large enough for wheelchair access. The villa is all on 1 level which makes it ideal for wheelchair users. 2 bedrooms have access to the terrace, with the main bedroom having a Juliette Balcony. There is off road parking for 3 cars.
