Delightful apartment of 75 square meters in the most characteristic area of ​​Florence "Oltrarno".
The flat is on the third floor, several steps and no lift, but when you arrive you find a bright, welcoming, clean and quiet apartment.
It's breezy in summer and warm in winter (heating).

Sleeping area with two bedrooms:
- "Blue Room" comfortable, bright and soundproof windows, where you can see part of the church of Santo Spirito.
A double bed (140x200) and it is equipped with air conditioning

- "Red Room", with skylight, equally bright, comfortable and soundproofed.
It has a lounge / alcove connected by a comfortable wooden staircase.

- Bathroom with shower

The apartment has:
- Independent heating.
- WIFI, fast connection, 24 hours.


The apartment is located in the lively neighborhood of Santo Spirito one step away from the famous square where every morning, except sunday, there is a small outdoor market.
Piazza Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, Ufizzi etc.
Area is full of shops bars, restaurants, wine bars.
Stops in the area of ​​urban and suburban buses.

From the airport to the apartment (9. 3 km) 17 minutes by car.
From the railway station S. M. Novella to the apartment (1. 6 km) afoot 15 minutes, by taxi (3 km) 12 minutes.
