This 4 bed, 21/2 bath villa is one of only a handful of villa’s commercially available for rent to private owners that is in Calete Town. Car hire is not necessary so you can save money.

The plot size is 600m2 and the floor area is 160m2. It stands elevated and is not overlooked. It is totally secluded. The roof terrace has uninterrupted views of the ocean & Calete Harbour. Swimming Pool.

This is a large 10 x 4 metre pool. It has a fantastic water slide for hours of fun!
There is a removable child safety fence, if you desire. There is heating in winter (local charge applies). There is a solar blanket. Water quality is maintained by a high-tech system that does not use harsh chemicals (child skin and hair friendly).

There is a shaded child 'grass' play area with play house, football table, sand pit etc. There is 42 inch UKTV (SKY sports, BT sports, sky movies, movies on demand, BBC, ITV, C4) and High Speed Fibre WiFi (Internet). There is a separate TV with PS4 in bedroom 3.

Sleeping is a king bed, Double bed, 2 singles, and 2 singles.

Just returned after a fabulous 11 night stay with my children and young grand children. The facilities were excellent and the large pool offered endless fun. Communication with the host was easy with quick responses. Location of the villa is excellent, in a very quiet residential area. A hire car would be beneficial but the main resort of Caleta is just a 25 minute down hill walk. A taxi back was less than 3 Euros. I would definitely return to this villa again!

We loved our stay here. On arrival we were greeted by Matias who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The villa was perfect for our holiday as 2 families including 4 little boys. The outdoor space was great, spacious clean and safe. The pool was perfect and the slide was a massive hit with the older boys. Inside, the kitchen was well equipped but would benefit from a deep clean and a small upgrade.This has not stopped us from booking again next year and would highly recommend to others.

Villa Fin is an excellent villa, it has all the equipment you need for your holiday. We travelled as a family from young to older and had such an amazing time so much so nobody was wanting to leave but we will all definitely be back. Great Family Villa

Superb house with everything you need.

Can’t fault our stay the villa was perfect for our family lots to keep the children entertained. The pool was the highlight of our holiday was lovely and warm the kids were in it non stop. We enjoyed the walk downhill into the town and to get a taxi back up was less than 3 euros so perfect .Definitely hoping to return one day .

Great family holiday

We had an amazing time here , first time in a villa and could not of picked a better choice , communication from matias was great , any questions asked replied really quickly , villa was fantastic totally the right size for us , it was huge so much space and so much outside space to relax and have outside dining , pool was clean and well looked after , not sure what else to say but we will definitely use again the next time we are coming over

We enjoyed our stay, villa was clean. The single bathroom was not useable, bad smell and no lightbulb. The fourth bedroom was not useable for young kids as not bathroom access, have to walk outside and back into main house to use toilet.

Villa Fin was amazing and really made our holiday in caleta de fuste. Adult's, teenagers and kids all loved the villa and pool. It was heated to a lovely temperature so even the baby enjoyed itgetting

Location. Location. Location and Value for Money.
This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town.

The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great Wifi and real proper TV (SKY Sports, BT Sports, SKY movies, Movies on Demand, BBC, ITV etc).

This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.

There is no better value. You will find cheaper villas for sure. But they will disappoint for sure. This Villa is never disappointing. It blows away Golf course villas for sure.
