My husband grew up in Rhode Island, going to all the beautiful beaches the state has to offer. I now also love the beauty and serenity of South County and want to share it with others.
Why they chose this property
Our house is 1 mile from East Matunuck State Beach. It is a short drive to other great beaches as well. The house is walking distance to the Matunuck Oyster Bar and the Snug Harbor Marina. Theatre By the Sea, the Ocean Mist, ice cream and other great restaurants are just a short drive. Wakefield and Narragansett are close by where you can access shops, banks and other necessities.
What makes this property unique
The house has a front porch, a back deck and a huge yard in a quiet seaside village. The enclosed outdoor shower is great after a day at the beach or an afternoon on the deck. House also features brand new central AC for those real hot summer days.
