Steps away you have pelicans diving for lunch in the Gulf water while you enjoy the clean white powder sand beach or take a dip in the heated pool.

Conveniently located less than 10 miles south of Clearwater, and minutes from the many attractions Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer.

Local attractions include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Clearwater Pass, Caladesi Island, golf, miniature golf, boating, fishing, sea sports, and many shops and restaurants and bars to choose from.

Lovely condo & the view from the balcony is fantastic!! Location is wonderful. As far as the condo it had everything we needed, and more. We have stayed at a place that had one roll of toilet paper for paper goods stuff, in the entire place...not this place!!Very well stocked!! Plenty of linens, kitchen items, beach things, etc. We would highly recommend this place & host!

The view was amazing. Unit was all we expected. The elevator and pool bathrooms all working again. Used the grill by pool. No washer/dryer n this unit but easy to use washer/dryer available on first floor. Loved our stay!

Fabulous vacation!!

Perfect week at the beach.

Condo was clean and updated. Great kitchen, tv and comfortable furniture. View from the balcony was amazing. Plenty of things to do close by. We took a day trip to Tarpon Springs and loved it. We plan on returning.

From the time we walked into the condo we thought we were lucky to have such a great place to stay. The view of the beach was magnificent! Everything we needed was available in the condo. All in all we will return soon. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful condo!

Nicely decorated, great view, well-stocked condo, wonderful owner!

First of all, the place was immaculately clean on arrival, and tastefully decorated; it was exactly as described online. But more than that, it was well-equipped with any utensil or supplies you might need for your stay. And the owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful as we needed to slightly adjust the dates of our stay to work around a relative's chemo schedule. We have stayed in this condo complex before, but this particular unit was just head and shoulders above the others. We would definitely stay there again. Terrifically responsive owner. Thanks!
