We survived the last 2 hurricanes with no interior damage and are ready for you to enjoy the beach! Just step off your porch and into the sand - just steps to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and fantastic sunsets! No stairs to climb - just park in your private carport, roll your suitcase a few feet and welcome to Paradise! The new kitchen features an open floorplan with white shaker cabinets, granite counters and a full-size stainless kitchen - including a refrigerator with icemaker, built-in microwave, 5-burner stove and dishwasher and a breakfast bar with bar stool seating! The bathroom is new too, with a walk-in shower! Home has all new furnishings, including a King-sized bed in the private master bedroom, queen-sized sofa sleeper, 2 flat screen TV's - one with ROKU, an Alexa, washer/dryer in unit, beach chairs, towels, all linens and a fully-stocked kitchen - including a combo Keurig - coffee pot and pods! The cottage was perfect on every level. We had a great relaxing week with all the comforts of home. Great eating establishments within walking distance. The property owner(s) were great and well ahead of the game with check in instructions and lots of information on the area. We loved our stay and will be back soon!

This quaint little cottage is right on the gulf. We enjoyed miles of beautiful beach with abundant sea shell gathering. Highly recommend the Voila Merci French bakery across the street. Absolutely delicious!

You can’t get any closer to the beach than this property and the views are spectacular! It is clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The hosts are very responsive to questions. We only wish the water pressure would have been better in the shower. We would highly recommend this property!

We were in Indian Shores for our anniversary. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We had everything that we needed. The bed is extremely comfortable. The beach is right in the back yard. We had a wonderful time!

Energetic beach loving family that has been visiting Florida since we were children and are lucky enough to have beach rentals in Clearwater Beach, Indian Shores and Ft. Myers Beach. We are both Realtors licensed in Illinois, with Laurie also licensed in Florida. We love to get a break from the cold weather in the Chicago Suburbs with a few winter trips to the beach including long walks on the beach and fantastic sunsets with a cocktail!

Why they chose this property

This property is so special because it is quaint, old Florida style and located directly on the beach - ranch style with NO STAIRS and a covered parking space 10 feet from your door, so that you can literally have your suitcase in your bedroom and on the beach in 10 minutes! We love this location on the beach because it is more private and the ocean is so clear and turquoise blue/green! We have updated the kitchen/living room to make it an open floor plan with white shaker cabinets, a full-size stainless steel appliance package and granite counters and breakfast bar. The bathroom is also totally remodeled with a walk-in shower and comfort height toilet. All off the furniture, bedding, kitchen accessories, etc. are brand new - as well as 2 flat screen TV's (ROKU in living room and Alexa) and high-speed wireless internet. You will love watching the sunset from the covered front porch or inside at the kitchen table - or start the day with a cup of coffee from either place!

This is a 1957 quaint beach cottage - ranch style with no stairs, but updated with an open floor plan featuring white shaker cabinets, all full-size stainless appliances (Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher), PLUS a washer/dryer, king sized bed, ROKU TV, Alexa, new walk-in shower, high-speed wireless internet, covered front porch right on the sand to just stare at the ocean and feel the ocean breezes and enjoy spectacular sunsets! There is also a new outdoor shower!
