Everything about this stay was perfect! The property is clean, stocked with everything you will need (from beach chairs to coffee filters) and located on one of the most peaceful stretches of beach in the area. Fantastic communication from the host and seamless experience from start to finish. This is my second time staying there and I am ready to book again!

Absolutely amazing! This was 1 of the best places I have ever stayed, I fell in love with it. Im literally planning our next stay here. 2 nights was not enough though, my next trip here will definitely be a lot longer. The property had everything we needed and then some. The views were better then what you see in the pictures.

We love having our own little space right onto the beach. It is very well equipped. We cooked breakfast daily and love the Carote cookware. This is our 2nd year here. We plan to make it an annual event to celebrate our anniversary. We had very happy week.

The perfect beach getaway. Everything is close by. It's nice to have a designated parking spot. Laurie is a great host and quick to respond if needed. You can't find a better place at the gulf.

This property is a great escape for any couple that wants to enjoy a relaxing beach experience. There is nothing like being able to walk out the back door and be in the sand, with a short walk down to the ocean. The hosts were very communicative, especially on an issue with one of the AC units. They had it fixed as soon as possible and were in contact with us the entire time with updates on when technicians would be arriving. The Indian Shores area overall has great dining options, bars, and shopping within a short drive. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things. My husband and I spent a week here relaxing, and we can’t wait to come back. The property was just as described, and you can’t beat walking out the back door and onto the sand. The host is a fantastic communicator. The AC worked well, the kitchen was well-equipped (pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, filters, spices, extra trash bags, etc.) and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have a car, so there were fewer restaurants within walking distance, but we enjoyed Voila-Merci, Salt Rock Grill, Sharky’s, and Amy’s Pizza. Having a small convenience store right across the street is nice too.

Beach access was amazing, place was cozy and clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Covered parking was an added bonus! No elevators to wait on or extra locked entry ways to navigate. No pool, but who cares when you have a beautiful beach with an amazing sandbar for kids and adults alike to play and relax! I plan to stay there again!

Amazing location right on the beach! Perfect for a couples getaway. All beach essentials provided. The beach was a bit busy during the day. Beach access to the public is near by. But the late afternoon and early evening were perfectly peaceful.

This place was amazing. Stunning view from the living area open the door and you are 139 easy steps to the water. Beautiful white sand lots of shells and quiet. The sunsets were amazing. The hosts were wonderful.
