About this property

Villa overlooking the sea and Marettimo

Sea view villa, located in the wildest area of the island, above Cala Rotonda, in absolute peace and quiet, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset.
Upon entering the house we immediately had a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Marettimo through two large French windows.
A large open space welcomes us with a large living room and a modern eat-in kitchen equipped with every accessory.
The villa also has 3 bedrooms:
one with 2 double beds and private bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 single beds for one and a half and one with double bed; 3 bathrooms with shower and a room used as a closet / laundry room.
Besides the two large glass doors there is a large outdoor area partially covered with shading, equipped with tables and chairs for refreshment, a sofa and two comfortable armchairs for relaxation.
The external staircase leads to the large terrace used as a solarium.
The villa is surrounded by a large plot of wild land and a private path leads directly to Cala Rotonda

High level accommodation.

Décoration has been done by the owner with a lot of thought. Beds are top quality. A brand new barbecue was made available on request. A pool for the kids was offered spontaneously, as well as a monopoly and card games. Alessandra was a fairy for all of us 5. We recommend.

SPETTACOLARE!!!!!Nella zona più selvaggia di Favignana, con animali al pascolo, muretti a secco, macchia mediterranea, ecco questa meravigliosa villa bianca con vista spettacolare su Marettimo! Entriamo e anche all'interno meraviglioso arredamento tutto bianco, salotto, accessori di design, tende mosse dalla brezza di Favignana su questa parete con vetrate con vista su Marettimo.Cucina attrezzatissima, camere da letto grandi e bagni molto belli e funzionaliIl patio esterno arredato con salotto e tavolo ovale dove cenare contemplando l'incantevole tramonto su Marettimo.Dal giardino, attraverso un cancelletto, si accede ad un sentiero nella macchia mediterranea che porta ad una caletta di acqua cristallina.Di meglio non si può desiderare!!!Da ritornarci al più presto!!Le "ragazze" di Reggio Emilia

Une maison de grand confort avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer et l’île de Maritimo !

Une maison très agréable et vraiment bien équipée pour cuisiner. Tout est généreux y compris les épices et condiments. Un pot de basilic frais nous attendait à l’arrivée. La décoration est très sympa avec de beaux tableaux et cartes marines. La situation géographique est intéressante mais nécessite d’avoir un transport autonome. Nous avions loué des vélos électriques et c’était parfait. Le centre ville est à environ 5 km. La plage de Cala Rotonda est accessible à pied en quelques minutes. L’accueil est chaleureux et les conseils très avisés. Idéal pour trois couples d’adultes mais pas forcément pour des enfants de moins de 10 ans. Merci à Monica pour tout !

Casa Neri by the Sea

Alessandra's place was absolutely beautiful and even bigger and more wonderful than the pictures let on. It was the perfect space for my friends and I on our week long holiday. My only concern was around the entry road getting to her house, if you are on a bicycle it can be a little difficult as its not a paved road and its quite long. Outside of that the place and communication with Alessandra was absolutely perfect!

Casa comoda con tutti i comfort necessari a rendere un soggiorno piacevole.

Sono rimasta folgorata dall'ambiente cucina e lavanderia, tutto ben organizzato e di facile accesso alle stoviglie e pentole, comodo anche il locale lavanderia che dotato di una porta ha un accesso indipendente all'esterno della casa. L'arredo delle camere da letto molto eleganti e le lenzuola sapevano di pulire. L'unica pecca il malfunzionamento del condizionatore di 1 camera da letto ma con intervento immediato dei tecnici per poter risolvere il problema. Posizione fantastica per un tramonto indimenticabile

Casa molto bella in posto incantevole. La descrizione sul sito é fedele, da aggiungere solo il tramonto di struggente bellezza con il sole che cala in mare accanto a Marettimo che si gode dal terrazzo, comodamente seduti sui divanetti. Proprietà e gestione locale di squisita gentilezza e solerzia.

Esperienza indimenticabile

Avere la fortuna di soggiornare in questa villa è un esperienza indimenticabile. La posizione all’interno dell’isola è insostituibile, sarete immersi dei suoni della natura con un mare da sogno a pochi passi dal patio dove potete mangiare rapiti da un tramonto da mozzafiato guardando l’isola dì Marettimo difronte a voi. La villa,arredata con eccellente gusto, dispone di ampi spazi sia nel living che nella zona notte con tre camere da letto da mozzafiato, tutte servite da bagni di ampie metrature. All’arrivo la responsabile dell’abitazione, assolutamente professionale, vi consegna le chiavi di casa e sul caratteristico portachiavi troverete scritto “ MY HEAVEN” .... ed è proprio quello che troverete!! Non dimenticatevi mai, se avrete la fortuna di alloggiare in questo paradiso, il massimo rispetto per una abitazione creata con tanto amore che esige il massimo rispetto da parte di chiunque la frequenti!

Vacanza indimenticabile

Siamo appena tornati da Favignana, ma il nostro cuore è rimasto là. La casa è così accogliente che non si ha voglia di andare altrove, non manca nulla e si sente la cura con cui è stata arredata e vissuta ! Il tramonto con la vista di Marettimo è un sogno che si ripete ogni sera. Consigliamo a tutti di andare: il luogo e la casa sono ancora più belli di come appaiono nelle foto . L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile . Speriamo di poter tornare presto !

Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve dans cette magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable sur l'île de Marettimo. Semplicemente spettacolare! Tramonto che lascia senza fiato!

E' la seconda volta che andiamo a Favignana e per questa abbiamo scelto una Villa con una posizione ed una vista incantevoli. Un tramonto mozzafiato che lascerà stupefatti tutti coloro che amano questo tipo di situazioni. Non solo, la Villa è posizionata in una parte dell'isola dove la riservatezza è una delle sue caratteristiche oltre a tutti i confort che offre l'ambiente. La Signora Alessandra, padrona di casa oltre alla sua gradevole gentilezza, ha gusto e raffinatezza nella scelta dei particolari. Una location che ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.
