Everything about our stay at Jim’s place was phenomenal- the condo was CLEAN and was exactly as described. He communicates much more clearly than the average VRBO host. We had one small issue getting in (my own fault- not Jim’s); he responded to my text immediately and was happy to help. This will be the first listing I check for availability when it’s time for our next trip. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

The beach view was awesome. The pool was nice and warm. The underground parking was great. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our vacation. Only thing to make it better would be if the weather was warmer

We had a wonderful week! The condo was very nice and inviting. It’s very spacious and the master bed was super comfy! The view from the balcony is the best one yet and we have stayed in several locations along the east coast of FL. You will have everything you need to make your trip enjoyable. The host is wonderful to work with and very prompt with responses! We highly recommend this condo on your next trip to Ormond Beach. We will definitely reach out when in this area again! We had an amazing stay! The unit was very clean. The views of the beach and inter-coastal are beautiful. The balcony had plenty of comfortable seating. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need! There is a Keurig and a Cusinart coffee maker. All the appliances are newer. There is a nice washer and dryer in the unit which is a huge plus. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of closest space and hangers. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat and could be updated. We forgot ours and ended up buying some, but no big deal. The master bath had an awesome rain/ shower head. And the water was hot! We had plenty of towels and washcloths. Beach towels were also provided. Our teenage boys stayed in the guest bedroom which had 2 full size beds. So nice! And the guest bathroom was right across hall. The unit had hard floors throughout, no carpet which was great! The only complaint was we could not get the ceiling fan and light in the living room to work. All the other ones did, but that one did not want to turn on.The building is older and a bit dated. But it was extremely clean. They had plenty of luggage carts to carry groceries and bags. The pool is nice and you’re literally STEPS away from the beach. We didn’t park in the garage but we had a designated spot with cabinets to store beach items. We parked up top which was nice. You absolutely cannot back in the parking spaces. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Jim is an incredible host
