This beautiful well appointed detached Farmhouse is set in large mature gardens, and overlooks Mounts Bay. It nestles between the north and closer south coast of Cornwall, towards which there are many wonderful views. Gulval is a much sought after village on the outskirts of Penzance, and the farmhouse sits just up the hill from here, up a track that affords it peace and seclusion. Beyond the farmhouse is a delightful path that leads down through private woods to a beautiful winding stream, and you wouldn't want to be anywhere else! The nearest beach is 7 minutes by car. Penzance is a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute drive away, and the railway station is a 20 minute walk down the road. Our home is in a quiet position, but within easy reach of local amenities. The night sky on a clear night is untainted by light pollution. Magical!

Awesome Farmhouse!

Loved it!

We had such a wonderful week staying at Kenegie Home Farm. The house is so spacious, comfortable, well equipped and has such a lovely feel to it. So many bonuses like the boiler cupboard and above Aga rack for drying clothes and everything you needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group. So easily accessible and yet very peaceful and tucked away. We all loved it and didn't want to leave! Our gang of family and friends declared it the best holiday cottage we've ever stayed in. Hearing the owls in the tree at night was an extra treat. Thanks Noelle for being such a great host. We can't wait to return.

Practically Perfect in Every Way

We loved everything about this home! Highlights included the fabulous farmhouse kitchen that ably fitted our whole family of 10 and was incredibly well equipped, experimenting with cooking on the aga, the spacious rooms, the beautiful garden, the stream and rope swing, the easy location to a stunning part of Cornwall. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Had an amazing time

Had an amazing weeks getaway with some friends. Great house for what we was looking for, plenty of room for us (8 people). Big garden area, driving distance from beaches.Hosts are very nice and welcoming.

This has been home to us and our 5 children for almost 30 years. It is still our home. The children have now all left home, and we are enjoying spending time when we can sailing, most recently across the Atlantic to the Caribbean. And so we have taken the opportunity to share our home, and our beautiful environment with others.
